Can not Login

I can log into the website fine, but not this app. I reset my password and can still log into only the web site. If I select join from the app, it recognizes that the email is already registered.

The app requires you to register with your email (something I thought Apple did not allow apps to require). After doing so the app does nothing more than open their list of webinars in a browser. Instead of loading the app, just go to their website via Safari because that is all you have after loading the app.
Not a good experience

Today, I downloaded the app and registered for an account.
Observation 1-if you enter invalid credentials in the app, the app crashes instead of informing the user
Observation 2-in the app, the channel list does not populate and it is not clear how to get access the information
Observation 3-while working in the app, my iPhone crashed and rebooted
