Mish Mash of Old News
Perhaps it’s not the app as much as the website with which it interacts that disappoints me. There is no way to identify current information except by clicking on it and checking the date. I just found an article from 3 years ago that was positioned at the top of a section.
Very civilized way to get the news...
Can’t do anything couldn’t change phone number horrible to try to navigate through app
Why do you keep showing the Super Bowl score? Waste of space!
Waste of time
Now you can’t even read a story unless you have a subscription. Well I’m not paying for one.
Statesman Journal app.
I find this app a very helpful and informative app. Keeps me up to date and informed wherever I may be.
Love this app, easy to use.
App loses subscription regularly
App loses subscription details regularly and needs to be rebuilt. It is a pain.
Your website is no nice to navigate Why my subscription cost so much
Money money money 💰
I really enjoy this app. I'm grateful for the news flashes I'm allotted to unless I SPEND 13$ A month. They allow you to see a few articles and i guess that's better than nothing. Whatever happened to the good old day's when news was so important? Now it's controlled. It's edited and than its edited again. Why did they feel it was important to tell me governor Kate Brown was bisexual, yet married to a man. I don't understand this world. Whatever happened to the good ol day's
I use the tablet version of this app. I guess you can say it works but not smoothly. When you touch a link to go to an article sometimes it will take you there but most times it takes you somewhere else. When you are in an article and there is an embedded link to continue on with the same thread it takes you someplace else. Very frustrating! I canceled my printed paper version to be able to read the Statesman Journal without the waste of paper but I guess I will have to either get the paper version again or just read USA Today online, that app works!
The app has up-to-date content with a variety of visual aids. Alerts keep readers current on the important events happening in our community.
I have been subscribing to the Statesman Journal for years, both paper, and now the app. I love that the app alerts me the minute something big happens. I am now a news junkie, and I love it!
Never have I experienced an app with so many log in issues. I've been trying to use this app for a couple of years and count myself lucky when I can actually read an article. It will say I'm logged in, but they puts me in a continuous loop or requiring a log in. Doesn't make much sense to pay for an online subscription you can't get to.
