This is the worst app ever. They claim they’re fluent in English then when you get your order than there English is all over the place . Then when you place another order with somebody else they don’t even answer your question. That if you seen a reading for a tarot card and coffee up they would say oh we can’t do colored coffee cups which makes no since. when you report this for the third time they person who ever is doing online chat help will lie on you and say you requested a refund and we’re not going to give you one when I never requested a refund again all I did was reported this is a scam and they’re trying to scam you out of your money ! They also don’t answer your questions at all if you go to support they might give you a refund but only coins not your money back and they will tell you next time only ask one question or they did answer your question when they didn’t . I have Binnaz multiple chances this is the last time I will be on Binnaz if you want an real reading go to psychic book

So i was really excited to get this and i did then i whent in the game just to know what there is and the things you can do. So then i presed on a tarot reader and you need to sign in and i do not have the information to sine in beacuse my parents have the information abd I asked then if they can sin in and they said NO so i would rate this 5 starts if you do not need to sighn in. So do not get Binnaz if you can sighn in. Thank you if you read the whole thing from start to finish.

So they ask you what you wanna know about and then it’s repeated multiple times throughout their reading text and the English is so broken you can barely understand it in the first place I would not waste any more money on Binnaz and I recommend that nobody waste any money on Binnaz

Customer support does not respond to your complaints. They advertise astrology and palm
Reading but the reader just tells you what they feel about you. I guess it’s meant to be intuitive. A few readers are really good but don’t pick the specialized reading because they will just ignore it and send you a message about what they are feeling about you.

You have psychics who aren’t real on your app and it’s not fair to others for wasting their time on giving them credits . Also I’ve been waiting for a reader ( Luna York )she stole my credits and never did my reading . With your app please make sure these people are actually people and not somebody who Isn’t real, wasting other people times with not true Readers .

Reader didn’t answer any of my questions clearly, and purposely didn’t respond until my time ran out when I asked follow up questions. And, the response was confirming they were still connected. I contacted support, and they declined to refund or credit me. I waited thinking the reader was putting my answer together. If the readers are legit, why would I think otherwise? If readers are legit, that timer option would only need to be used when the reading is done and you still have credits to save for another time. There are better apps on the market.

I really enjoyed Binnaz I have a few favorite readers that I know are genuine and good and I had some unfortunate readings by some not so good readers heck I’ve spent credits on a reader that didn’t even respond to me at all! I was like okay I guess I’ll deal considering how it was spent on the free credit wheel that I loved and I deeply miss . I’ll hold onto Binnaz for now but I’ll be deleting if the wheel doesn’t come back that was the best part of Binnaz and the few awesome readers on here I really like 😣 would’ve loved to have given a 5 star but I can’t right now

PLEASE BE WARE of seeing a psychic reader saying they speak English make sure you read the reviews first before buying . I had this problem 4 times where it saids English under there profile but when you get a reading from there they jumble up their words and it will be all over the place . There’s also some readers who won’t even answer your questions. If you see a reader with high credits go to them not the readers with low credits.

Binnaz was doing well for me, until they started adding “new psychics”. I tried one of them and couldn’t believe how careless and empathy lacking my reading was. I was too disappointed I couldn’t help but continuously observe the psychic’s rating bar, only to notice a massive drop from 100 to 75 after 7 fortunes!! I reported my issue and tried to reach out to this app and received no feedback to this day. I’m utterly disappointed.

It was doing so well until I could get anymore free coins every day I got in Binnaz . It always says that I already got my free coins and I haven’t been able to get my readings anymore. To me it would have been 5 star but after that it’s just a 2 star. I would fix my rating if I’m able to get my free coins once again

I love Binnaz but the only thing is that is very expensive to have readings with psychics 😐 you need to have a credit of 1,500 or 2,500 in order to have a reading that is like $15 or $27 or more in just one reading 😩 why is getting expensive every time ? it wasn’t like this before!

Even though I faced a technical difficulty, the support team helped me quick. Overall this is a very great app and some of the psychics are accurate.

I love Binnaz honestly I got readings from a lot of amazing people and from a lot of none amazing people not gonna say no names but yeahhh. Alana luckey is my absolute favoriteeeee she is always spot on in any reading I get from her.. I usually go to her for her to connect with someone that’s very close to me that has passed 10 months ago it just helps me cope with it and it’s also like therapy hearing from him idk his words always soothes me. Anyways I recommend Binnaz very much the credits are cheap and there are a lot of amazing psychics that share their beautiful gifts.

I like Binnaz but I’m having trouble getting more coins added ... I don’t understand why, but it’s not allowing me to see how much coins I get or have it just stays the same number 37. Can you please help? I’ve tried refreshing it and nothing is working. Thank you

I’ve had a great experience with Binnaz. The UI is easy to navigate and the psychics are very accurate. I recommend Ian Brooks. Been reading with him for a while and he is on-point with my situation. Customer service is also helpful when you experience technical difficulties. Give this app a try! You won’t regret it.

I asked her to do a love reading for me and the guy I like, never mentioned any of my concerns or how the guy is behaving... she nailed it was very accurate !!!
