Why is trucker backup 6th story on your page?
I can’t believe the issues I have had with TimesHerald. On several occasions I have been told I only had so many articles left to read. This after paying for a year. Then I get support from a person hard to understand. Not happy.
bought TimesHerald and then got blocked because I didn’t have a subscription. No one can explain to me what happened. I assume now that I should have bought a subscription and then TimesHerald ? That is not what TimesHerald said.
TimesHerald closed immediately when I try to open it ever since I updated my phone to iOS 14. Other apps did the same but have come out with updates.
TimesHerald simply doesn’t work half the time
You receive an email, then get looped to a sign in screen over & over without being able to access the e newspaper

The stories for subscribers. It says I need to subscribe. I already am . Most ridiculous system you have . Thinking of canceling

Regret stopping the paper. Difficult to navigate. Organized nothing like the newspaper.

It’s okay. It has local news for my hometown. There isn’t a LOT of content, seems like the ‘top stories’ change quite infrequently, but it look at that as ‘good’. The less ‘top stories’ in the news, just means there are less problems happening in my hometown. I feel the ‘regular’ price for my local news, I think it was $10 a week(?) or maybe a month I forget, either way it’s TOO MUCH! Especially with a digital subscription! There is not enough news to warrant that price! Especially when I have NO INTEREST in sports! When sports are over half the content. I realize that the special offer, of $1.00 for 6 month, is also too low. There should be a medium ground.. $3.00 - $5.00 a month? Then I would keep it.

Current version works well. Has many of the sections of the local paper. However, the application would be even better if you could see local death notices and obituaries.
I enjoy the Times Herald each morning and it's ease of use!! I especially like getting the alerts of breaking news!!
Need to do a better job updating the news each day.
With new update, alerts get posted quicker. Old news needs to be cleared out more often, after a week, it gets old. Some links are blank.
Update needs a lot of work.

I like my local news so keeping my alerts on it lets me know everything I need. Like when local roads are closed due to Accidents or Amber alerts. ✅😊
