I took an online loan of from your company, the repayment was due on 09/10/2021. i made the repayment on two instalment , but instead of easy credit to clear me the loan kept on increasing on daily basis. i spoke to two of your agents Tobi and Ruth on this matter they promised to get in touch with people in charge and revert back but they never did even after several calls. I currently have issue with easycredit, I overpaid my loan by 19,500 naira, I have being contacting their customer care through all the available means for refund but no positive response. I owned them 5400, treating my life with all sort of insult, increasing the loan daily but refused to refund my money. No reply to my mails Whatapp messages were not respond only placing request for payment. I need my refund Let say I was the one owning them money by now, my contact would have started calling me because of series of abusive and reputation damage message they would have start sending to them. Good morning everyone. The annoying thing about this loan apps is some of them will start threaten you on your due date, some of their staff are manner less, lack home training and disrespectful. I paid 35,000 on 4th of October. And by balance was supposed to be 9000 and some fractions rather I was debited a whole sum of (14000) I have been chatting with you guys, you will only read my message, and nobody is replying my messages. And my money is still reading. This so annoying! Please fix this, and do a refund

I cleared my loan of N10187 since 25/07/2021 before my due date which is 28/07/2021. Till date the payment have not been cleared on the app. Calling the customer clear line but no response, even the whatsapp number isn't functioning since 8th of July.
