Lost everything

I tried to take minutes at two meetings yesterday,and when I went to cut and paste something, I lost everything. When I tried undo, nothing happened. If I can't trust this app, I can't use it.

I got what I paid for in this one.
Not very useful with meetings that have a routine format nor did it allow defining an attendee list that it would pick from for the meetings.
No way to reach Support

There appears to be no way to reach Support: no links within the App, no links on the website, not even a working FAQ page. Makes me wonder if the developers have abandoned ship. My question at the moment concerns how to move minutes from one workbook to another.
