App is great but has a bug. Started off using the lite version but continued to purchase apartment buildings and needed more tenant records. I purchased the package and everything was going well until I made a mistake and tried to delete an expense item. Anytime I try and delete an expense item, or anything else for that matter; RentTrackerPropertyManager totally crashes. This would be fine if the item actually deleted upon re opening, but it doesn't. This is my first time writing about this issue and hopefully the developers can modify an update that will fx this issue. I use RentTrackerPropertyManager to do my taxes but if un-editable errors are present on the form, it makes the purpose un-useful.

I’ve been using RentTrackerPropertyManager for a few years for our rental properties and it has been great. Recently i haven’t been able to delete old lines and when i do try to delete it crashes. Hopefully this issue can get fixed soon.

Whenever i update the notes under the tenants tab or make changes to anything such as payments and hit done, RentTrackerPropertyManager crashes and doesnt save the changes. I have to do it again.

When cut and paste app crashes

Had to pay for up grade to fifty tenants when I hand only 8 tenants

I am dismayed with the current update to the point of changing platforms...in the middle of the year, with 26 tenants on the roll. It was never perfect, but it's nearly unusable since the last update. I can't scroll to the bottom of a screen, print reports, etc. I've contacted support 3x, with no reply.

RentTrackerPropertyManager seems to work pretty good however when you try to delete an entry whether it’s a payment or a expense RentTrackerPropertyManager crashes and there’s not to leave the entry when you go back in.

I just purchase the10 tenants package and I wish I didn't purchase it. RentTrackerPropertyManager has so many issues and it needs immediate attention. Thanks

I like this program. However, for quite some time the Dropbox backup hasn't worked. RT does not respond to emails.

Have used for years but was trying to fix an issue and it totally crashed. When I clicked on icon to open back up it reverted back to home screen. Very disappointed. All info lost.

Been using this for a year now and have been hoping for an update which would address the problem of being kicked out of the program when trying to enter new vendors or expenses. Still waiting! This morning gave up trying to enter new vendor after nine attempts. Emailed support a couple of months ago and got no answer. I guess they have no answer to the bugs or it will cost them too much coding time to be worth their while to do it😞. I would have dumped the program by now, but I've spent so much time entering data that it would be a pain to start again. Definitely a case of you get what you pay for!

Don’t recommend. Crashes on entering email for tenants crashes on just about everything doesn’t save. And I paid for RentTrackerPropertyManager .

I have gone into RentTrackerPropertyManager 3 times now to set up a payment to my landlord. No luck. Very frustrating. I will delete RentTrackerPropertyManager from my phone now.

The program is wonderful, however, there's always room for improvement. I hope the developers are reading this now. In fact, this is second time I am actually writing to let you know what your app is missing: you have to fix the rent period ( for some landlords it may be 5, 9 and 11 months! Please add the option of a month-by- month agreement. Also, please add choices for the rent due date . I wish I had an option to choose any date as a due date. I have all kinds of tenants and their financial situations are different. In my case one pays on the first, the other pays on the 13th, the third one on the 20th.. These were the main two drawbacks for me. I stopped using RentTrackerPropertyManager simply because I needed this flexibility to stay on top of things. Please review, and fix it, if possible. I bought RentTrackerPropertyManager to use it with 11 of my rental units, but I am slightly disappointed that I can't rely on it 100 percent. Still using good old spreadsheets!

This is a wonderful app for maintaining rental property especially if your tenants pay on time before the end of the month. Overall it is a great app just a few personal preferences that may make RentTrackerPropertyManager more user-friendly. However I wish there was a text option for receipts. Not all of my tenants have email addresses some of them are old and don't even know how to work a computer. Texting would also help in situations where I have to text 10 or 12 renters that still owe rent where as right now I have to write their names down under the alert tab then back out to my message app and text them from there.
