It frequently will load the main page but when you try to navigate through articles, and especially the obituaries, you get a blank page. It just won't load. This is when you have a strong internet connection so it isn't that. The subscription is expensive and I would expect NO glitches as I try to get information from the paper via Pressconnects.

Pressconnects is junk

Beware if you want to manage/change your account. Pressconnects will run you in circles until you throw your phone against a wall. Would give zero stars if possible

Go see Lewis Black this weekend. Yep, the only notification I have checked is for breaking news and that’s the notification I just got. I just deleted Pressconnects . They obviously don’t respect your privacy. Now I’m going to miss 2 day old news!!!! No biggie. I’ll use WBNG’s app if I want news.

Pressconnects has a glitch where all it displays is Left-leaning news reports. Are the developers aware of this, and are they working on a bug fix for it?

Newest app version Does not work well with iPhone 5s initially when app is being used and especially for "Top Stories", sometimes needing several refreshes.

I grew up in the Binghamton area. I delivered the Binghamton Press when it was an evening newspaper - the route was in my brother's name, I did half of the deliveries and most of the collecting. (This was in the era where girls weren't "allowed" to have paper routes.). It's nice to be able to read what is happening in my "hometown" area.

If you want to read reports by some of newest journalistic talent in the Southern Tier you will want to read Press Connects. Hannah Swartz if feisty and does not back down when covering County Government. You will see her on the National level at some point perhaps sparring with Trump. It is a quality read and you can get access anyway you are most comfortable and that includes you in-technology peeps who still want a paper version.

Sometimes the listing of articles doesn't refresh right away but most of the time it's fine. I've enjoyed Pressconnects and find myself logging into it more than I expected to.

As a past southern tier resident, Pressconnects lets me see in a concise manner what's happening "back there". I wish it showed entertainment venues and performance schedules. How about making the planner available for us out of towners?

Pressconnects is a pretty standard newspaper phone app. I get the print version some days and the content is the same.

I like Pressconnects a lot. The GUI is solid and I get access to all local stories on the go. I think you have to subscribe to the paper to use Pressconnects though
