Stay away from Planday. It is an offshore company pretends as a US company. The worst thing is they do not have cancellation or payment type update option. You need to contact them and wait for weeks for a simple request. After spending weeks and months, they will deny your request by claiming that you are on a contract which is a total lie. Believe me, Google sheets would do the same job for you. As a summary, Stay away from Planday.

So slow. Always freezes and shuts off, then you have to reopen the app and itβs still slow. Could be a great app if it didnβt take me 2 minutes just to see my shift the next day.

An employees should be able enter a vacation day / PTO day for approval, rather than send a message and hope someone remembers to enter it.
If an employee forgets to punch in, they should be able to enter the punch Time subject to approval.
It would be helpful if an employee could go back and review their prior shifts to see if something is amiss rather than find out on pay day.
