Same as last year. Won’t recognize my sign in. Changed password same thing.

The old app worked great. The new app never allows login and when I can occasionally it won’t allow to remain logged in. The buttons on the logon page don’t work most of the time so I can’t log in.

Had this same issue last year. Tells me I’m not connected to WiFi. Which I am. Deleted. Reinstalled. No help. I’ll just use web based browser.

Argh! Some donations didn’t show up at all and some were showing up on the wrong team members.

This year I have had more problems with ALZFundraising. Nothing seems to work correctly. I will just use the website.

ALZFundraising didn’t work for me today.
No path
No stickers
No step tracking
No sharing

I also tried several chats with people in the Group Chat on the Event Stage - but it seems that the members of the group were not in Utah. There were several dozen names, but none appear to be in Utah, or be live in the chat.

I’m pretty tech savvy, but didn’t find these two functions to be what we expected.

I was so excited that there was an app for this cause but I keep having to get out of it and get back in because it keeps freezing.

I used ALZFundraising for the Houston Alzheimer’s walk. It tracked my steps but when I went to sync, ALZFundraising froze. I had to restart and ALL of my steps were gone! So incredibly disappointed that the walk totals will not be accurate.

The login screen sometimes doesn’t work and it won’t let me access my information. Furthermore, the navigation between the different tabs and buttons is inconsistent/sensitive (I still am trying to figure out the best speed to navigate from tab to tab, and how to click on editing features, etc. The website is far superior to ALZFundraising and I wish focus would be given to improving ALZFundraising performance. That’s what’ll make ALZFundraising 5* in my book.

When it works, it documents your fundraising and compares your fundraising results to other local teams and individual walkers. Unfortunately, ALZFundraising is glitchy, and often is simply a white screen with inoperable buttons.

I don’t have a clue how to use ALZFundraising. It makes it very hard to fund raise when I don’t know how to use the tools.

I have been using ALZFundraising for a couple of years now and I am disappointed that it continues to be so buggy. It annoyingly will not remember my login or password and never fails to kill whatever music I have playing when I launch ALZFundraising even though it doesn’t have an audio component. The uploading of donations is buggy and not intuitive. I wish it was better.

ALZFundraising has potential but it is grossly inaccurate in logging steps!!! I was walking laps around my pool this AM. I counted 56 steps to make a complete lap. I made 10 laps around the pool which should have recorded 510 steps. I stead, ALZFundraising only credited me for 294 steps!!! A little over HALF of what I actually did. I also had to stop for awhile and I could not see where it added the additional steps walked later. In that regard, I was very disappointed in ALZFundraising . Other features showing team information was nice.

I hope the step logging feature can be upgraded to accurately record # of steps taken.

I can’t really find what I want on ALZFundraising like how to send Text messages to friends and family requesting donations

I'm usually pretty tech-savvy, but I've had some trouble using ALZFundraising . I also cannot find where to contact anyone with questions.

I’d just like to name my team and postvFirst names. Where do I do that? I give up!

I do like ALZFundraising and find it be a very helpful tool. However, it is frustrating to have to login every single time I open ALZFundraising . Especially on the days I’m opening multiple times. A Face ID login would be cool.
