There's no option to register for an account. Even following forget password links doesn't help. Useless. Apparently you can give half or no stars. Which is what SevenRoomsOS should get. Because it's useless.
Concept seems good if we could register and use SevenRoomsOS . Prompts you to log in as soon as you download SevenRoomsOS , even though Iโve never registered or used SevenRoomsOS before.....
Anyone using sevenrooms for years know that we've been waiting for SevenRoomsOS for YEARS. Like being forced to use the software for years, we're now forced to use an app that... it's just all so bad. Like I've muttered dozens of times before, "get it together Seven Rooms..." Worthless app.
Gets better every version. It definitely has a few sharp edges but those are expected when I ask for things and they appear a week or two later.
SevenRoomsOS is the best thing to happen to this industry. Being able see what's going on in our restaurant wherever I am is a game changer. I don't know how we ran our business before this software!
Thank you for creating SevenRoomsOS and software! I didn't truly understand how helpful it would be until I really started using it. I have saved so much money and know my customers so much more. It's great to be able to provide such an amazing experience for our guests and in turn run our front of house so seamlessly.

Same as most complaints Iโve seen, was using open table with no problems and one of the restaurants I frequent told they no longer use open table and for me to get the seven tables app. But there is no way for diners to create an account to make reservations, seems app is just for the restaurants, how do we the diners make reservations with your system?
