I used in-app to buy the whole thing. Got new phone, attempted to "Restore previous purchases". It says "expired". So the in-app purchase has an expiration date? Should call it in-app rental.

Laws change. Pay for update. I get that. But I should have access to the version I bought in perpetuity.

Find another source. Check the "support site". It's a free site that offers zero support.

Customer service is terrible. They never respond to service requests. Updates never update correctly because the bookmarks link to incorrect codes. This is an annual problem they have yet to fix.

State Bord said that ant sate law and statues should not be able to make anyone pay this is illegal to charge people to know regulations and laws on the particular states

I had previously purchased all the laws, and use TXLawsTexasStatutesCodes religiously.

I have recently updated my phone, since then I can't access all the laws. Instead it's saying "expired", which means I have to purchase all the laws again. Nowhere in TXLawsTexasStatutesCodes Store did the company disclose that TXLawsTexasStatutesCodes purchase had an expiry date!!!
This is false advertising, if you purchase all the codes without the knowledge that it expires after a certain period... You would think that they would be more forthcoming with such pertinent information, so customers can make an informed decision before spending their hard earned money.

The restore app button does nothing at all.

I have emailed twice, with no response.

I demand that I get my purchase restored immediately.
If not; I will be leaving negative remarks everyday until I get someone's attention!!!

TXLawsTexasStatutesCodes is well set up, but you will have to purchase most of the meaningful info separately in TXLawsTexasStatutesCodes and it will get expensive to have all that you probably thought you were getting when you bought TXLawsTexasStatutesCodes in the first place.

Very happy about TXLawsTexasStatutesCodes , not very excited about the expiration of TXLawsTexasStatutesCodes . I do realize that the laws change therefore, it requires maintenance to keep TXLawsTexasStatutesCodes current. I believe current costumers shouldn't have to pay full price yearly but, a lower fee should be put in place.

Very helpful to have the laws “in your hand.” Immediate research.

Easy to you, easy to understand. Makes it convenient to have this in your pocket - ensuring you have the proper statute for the jobs we are doing. Great that it keeps updated as well.

Great app for all-in-one access. Notes/highlighting is a great quick access feature but there are bugs in highlighting:

1. If highlight one word (ex. “or”) it highlights all occurrences of the word on that same page.
2. Cannot figure out how to delete or remove highlights
3. Many times am unable to highlight certain selections. Seems to be when in a list with numbers possibly but it occurs randomly.

Would have rated a 5 if highlight functionality worked for selected text only.

This application is a life-saver out in the field. Saves having a big honking book in your hands. Highly recommend it to all Peace Officers in Texas.

Man this a great resource for anyone from rookies to seasoned vets. It has all codes you could possibly need. Only down side is if you misspell a word it won't find it. Other than that it is awesome.

Replace your little pocket books with this one app. So quick and easy to search for laws and offenses with only a keyword. As a Police Officer on the street, I find this a very valuable tool.

Thank you for updating to the 88th so quickly. And they added dark mode… which is much needed. This is a good app folks, I advise all my cadets to download it and use it to study for the State TCOLE Exam.

This is the only app I've taken the time to review. So well worth it, along with the updates. Easily searchable and wonderfully portable, unlike a computer or clunky book. Thank you for making this!

This is the fastest way I have found to research laws. I have compared the information in TXLawsTexasStatutesCodes with the legal filed documents and found them to read verbatim. This is worth every penny! I have used TXLawsTexasStatutesCodes during HOA meetings to explain laws the Board is required to follow.

Excellent. Easy to use. Very handy resource. All that is missing that would make it the perfect resource are the Texas rules of civil procedure.

This is a great app , however can y’all please use a word search instead of entering the exact name of the offense or what you are looking for , it really is a pain .

Most complete and easy to use law app that I've tried. Great help during the police academy and handy to carry with me for quick reference.
