Follow these steps to resolve intermittent IPL app issues:

Force Stop the IPL App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click IPL app. » click "Force Stop".

Update IPL to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear IPL App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "IPL app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch IPL.
