Lately I noticed that quite often if my thumb touches an ad on your page (on the Arabic app) while scrolling down then it will open up the ad and redirect you to safari. Ad was for PlayStation. A touch of the thumb during a scrolling down motion shouldn’t open up an ad unless it’s deliberately programmed this way! It’s not fair that you force people to engage with these ads! It’s extremely annoying so I therefore deleted الجزيرة . You don’t have to respond.

I am using an iPhone X latest update. There is an annoying issue. If you are viewing an article and try to scroll with your thumb the screen jump up and down and you miss where you are reading … this is a new issue that I am experiencing. Not sure it’s bra wise of the iPhone update or app update. Please fix as this is very annoying, other than that app is great. Thanks.

There is always issues with الجزيرة from being super slow to freezing to not having videos when the title says watch in video 😳 it just doesn’t make any sense and this is not just a phase that it’s going through it seems with time it gets worse and once you compare it to the other apps out there you feel as if aljazerra was launched last month not 24 years ago. Very disappointing.

Keeps crashing and crashes the phone. Tried everything from deleting/reinstalling and updated my iPhone to the latest version but it keeps crashing. Can't believe such a network is not working on fixing the issue.

Ok, several releases with the same issue. It freezes when you try to open articles and it causes your other opened apps to freeze as will. I love Al-Jazeera and like to read their news, but honestly it doesn’t work in this poorly designed app. I’m going to start using their website instead. Sadly, I have to say that if there is less than one star rating, I would’ve selected it

Please fix the jumping screen problem. It has been a month now when I want to view individual articles, the screen keeps jumping up and down not allowing me to see the content clearly or even scrolling down. Only the home screen is stable!!! What’s happening

I’ve been seeing exactly the same headlines for 4 days!!
This is really unacceptable for a news network that is considered by many including myself as the best most reliable trust worthy news source in the world.
GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AL-JAZZERA!!!

When I saw or hear ur covering news on Russian/Ukrainian war it’s seems like I am listening to Russian representatives not Al Gazeera

All your news contents speaks about how much achievement of Russia & how bad situation on Ukrainian military while the actual war battles are opposite except that the Russian military is in very bad conditions & struggling to survive in front of the Ukrainian fighters which they are fighting under very severe circumstances against Russia which they are committed war criminals & using all killing weapons & bombing The innocent civilians

You have very good reputation please don’t loos it by taking the horrible Russian side in telling incorrect news to the world

The layout and the headlines are very nice, however الجزيرة started to freeze my phone even when الجزيرة is in the background, my entire iPhone stops responding. Contacting the developer doesn’t take me anywhere, so I had to write a review. الجزيرة needs to be tested, so the developers address those issues when they show up.

الجزيرة keeps freezing and crashing and for days doesn’t update I have to completely delete it every time and sometimes it still doesn’t update I have to forget about it for few weeks and download it again

Very nice app, however news on webpage need to be updated more frequently, a lot of the stories stay on page for a long time not to mention sometimes same story is repeated multiple times on the page.

When app is opened, it freezes up my phone for about 40 seconds. I have to close it before I can use any other app on my phone. Thank you for your attention.

الجزيرة is very good, you can watch news while u r driving, it is excellent for those who do not have time to spent in front of TV, with following points need to be improved:
1. Work in v low internet connection,
2. Sound does not work when telephone is in silent mode "others work like RT channel"
3. App can not run behind, الجزيرة can not 4. work spontaneously for instance with WhatsApp,

This version worked perfectly. Unfortunately, they did discontinue with it and replaced it with another terrible app! Not sure why always Arab replace the good with the bad!

Listen to it daily. Love it. Lately الجزيرة is not opening after the Apple update. It blinks and goes away. I hope it will be fixed, because it really connects the world of true news. Patiently waiting for the bug fix. Thank you

Please remove the annoying ads, minimum 3+ ads per article, that is very annoying and it’s a shame that some of the ads are regionally based and may not be inappropriate for the Arabic reader.
I’m sure a great establishment like Al Jazeera can have an app that’s add free or even have the option to charge your subscription and avoid ads.
In addition to that, then newsfeed it’s not updated regularly and some content or news stories come late
