Close and restart the Quadrant app on iPhone
Update Quadrant app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Quadrant iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Quadrant on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Quadrant network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Quadrant app issues:

Force Stop the Quadrant App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Quadrant app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Quadrant to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Quadrant App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Quadrant app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Quadrant.

Fix Quadrant unable to contact server/ Quadrant internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Quadrant » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Quadrant » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Quadrant on android.
