I spent $30 to get the vip, but 认字幼儿认字 is asking me to purchase vip again.

Can’t login after purchase. Please fix!

When your learning and they tell you a word since there are sound effects you can’t really hear it.

Once I download 认字幼儿认字 and hear “tangsen” I know I need to delete 认字幼儿认字 . As a app to teach Chinese, how can your pronunciation is wrong? This is not professional at all! And as the word “tangsen” was throughout the whole store, I have to give it zero star. 唐僧 is read as tangseng, not tangsen

My account cannot get verified. Can’t get connected to real customer service.

Please fix. App always stuck, or internet connection timed out

There are countless errors that are animation related like when there two SunWuKong when its not suppose to and I can name ten to hundreds of examples. Although it still does what it’s supposed to which is teaching Chinese but please bring back the old version or add an option to switch to the old version cause in my opinion it was better.

Great app but loading has some bugs

付了费就用不了了，一直说网络有问题。网络没问题呀，这不可以评论嘛。It has stopped working after we paid fee, it keep saying there’s network problems. The network has working fine, so I can write this review.
