The app stopped working today. Have tried to correct on my own with no success. Tried to change password, but responds email is already in use. How can I get back into app to see and use my points.

I think it's terrible that you make it so difficult for people to ask you a question w/o having to give their credit card info for $5.00. Shame on you. The chat line closes if you don't give your credit card no., that's bad business.

You can’t customize your order period. If you add or subtract an ingredient to your order, the app sends an obnoxious error message. The last time I ordered something I couldn’t customize anything. I had to order the item as is and was disappointed as I wanted additional ingredients and was willing to pay the difference but I guess they don’t want the additional business. I was going to try to order there tonight on my way to work but it’s pointless as I can’t customize my order and I don’t have time for the drive through. But what do they care anyways? Don’t bother downloading the app. It’ll save you time to just go through the drive through.

There are about 8 issues with the app that are obvious when trying to order online. The map doesn’t show location details on the pin, picking a location does not zoom to that location on the map. Popup windows appear over buttons you need to tap and prevent you from tapping. You can’t set an item’s count to zero in the cart. You have to clear the entire cart. There is no navigation hits on how to checkout (you have to tap the tiny “Subtotal” label in the lower right). It doesn’t remember what location you’re ordering from. There no quick way to get to the cart. I could go on and on...

Really only used this app to scan my Rewards card but that functionality has now disappeared. However, they have added phantom notification alerts that cannot be cleared and always shows a number in the corner of the app icon so that is a bonus annoyance. On top of that, it appears they have devalued the Rewards program as I used to receive an award after 100 points, now the app tells me I need 250 points. While we’re at it, why are all of the Reward levels (gold, platinum, etc.) the same?
It’s a shame. The food is still good but this app is horrible. Time to delete.
