Hi I have a problem with the talk radio app on my iPhone. When it starts I see a picture of the current presenter the immediately a white screen appears and I cannot do anything other than close the app. Sometimes I have to do this 6 times before I can listen.

How to fix Talk Radio+ app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Talk Radio+ app on iPhone
Update Talk Radio+ app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Talk Radio+ iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Talk Radio+ on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Talk Radio+ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Talk Radio+ Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Talk Radio+ not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Talk Radio+ App
1. On android, goto Settings » Talk Radio+ » click [Force Stop]

Update Talk Radio+ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Talk Radio+ App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Talk Radio+ » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Talk Radio+.

Fix Talk Radio+ unable to contact server/ Talk Radio+ internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Talk Radio+ » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Talk Radio+ » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Talk Radio+
