Highly unethical company with jerk support agents. Avoid at all costs. Overbilled me, admitted their mistake on the phone, but maintained that I was to pay a $150 “website renewal fee” despite their own mistake and their customer records of me making the appropriate changes. In a GoDaddy manager’s words (his name was “Calvin L.” But he went by “Cal”) “Yes, I can see you made the change here. But you didn’t realize that sometimes you have to call to make sure these changes go through, even if it says it did online. You can review our terms, we stand by the $150 fee regardless of who is at fault.” In other words — despite their recognition that any problem was their fault, they’re charging $150 for a website renewal just because they can. Highly unethical. Do not trust them. Other support agents hung up on me when I requested to speak to a manager, were extremely rude, etc. Their support agents are all interested in upselling - not actual support. AVOID!

I’ve been using this happily for about three years. About a month ago it would no longer update my accounts. It just keeps giving me an error message when I try to fix it. I’ve reinstalled the app, tried on the web, sent emails to customer support, all to no avail. So now it’s useless. I am looking for another bookkeeping app. Update. No customer support. Still wont update my credit card account, which is where my business makes 99% of its purchases. It will allow me to re-add the account, so why won’t it refresh it? Terrible now!

After less than a month, my accounts will no longer update. When I try to update my bank login information, it says it’s not correct. It’s 100% correct. Interestingly, it will still update my credit card transactions which are connected to the same bank & same bank accounts that won’t update. (Huh?) Even before stopping the account updates, it was clunky & slow to update information, even when pushed.
