I love reading books and periodicals on my iPad because I can carry a forest worth of them at all times with zero increase in bulk or weight. Since I'm trying to go completely paperless, I'm thrilled that Diesel Power is now available on the iPad. I'll save a tree and be a subscriber to the iPad version only.
The execution of DieselPower isn't perfect, but it's a good start and quite functional. A slight annoyance is there's sometimes a noticeable delay for pages to sharpen up after initially being displayed in low-res... even on the 3rd gen iPad.
An important thing that's missing from DieselPower for me is the ability to set bookmarks within the magazine.

Well usually when you buy a subscription you get the magazine in the mail before it hits stores.... Well I'd think they'd be more on point and accurate with that for digital subscriptions.. The new one is already out in stores. Where is the new one on here?!?! Disappointed.... I want a refund if this continues..

I enjoy this magazine so much I hate throwing any of them away! Not a problem anymore! All digital now! Got my first issue of a year subscription on my iPhone. Awesome!! Works fine on iPhone, probably even better on iPad. No more complaining wife to throw away older issues! That's worth five star all on its own! Happy reading.

I like that I can read the magazine on iPad or iPhone. I don't like the fact that when you turn the iPhone sideways, the application switches to two facing pages. An iPhone screen is not big enough for two pages. Turning sideways to a single page would help to zoom in on the articles.

Nice App for reading my magazine on the road and airplane and I don't have to carry a stack of magazines! Now my magazines go everywhere i go and my carrying case is much lighter. What a technology world we live in!! Great articles too!! Love the "how to" and product reviews also.

This magazine has been a fun one to read for years but recently the screen just goes white on my iPhone and there isn't a way to fix it that I've found. Pretty frustrating but I'm hoping a patch comes out so I can continue reading this. Is anyone else having this issue?

This has potential but needs to be redesigned or updated I have an iPad mini and it won't even open on it and I have a iPhone 6 plus and the screen size is that of a iPhone 4 also can't zoom in on pictures cause it's pixelated and can't even see how much prices are please let me know if there will be updating or else I need to cancel my subscription and get a paper print thanks

There are far too many commercials between articles. Seems like every other page is for revenue and not info for the buying public.
I will stick with buying hard mags at the store when I am interested.

DieselPower worked for about a month and now it won't even open up on my iPad mini. I have restarted and hard restarted the iPad and also deleted and reinstalled DieselPower with no success. If I didn't have this problem then it would be a 5 star app.

Like the last guy said crashed on page 2 for about a week. Then it started to work perfectly exactly a week from the actual store release date.

App worked great up to the ISO 8.02 update. Now it won't work at all. I've deleted and reinstalled and nothing. Waste of money. I hate to say that cause it is a good mag. but worthless if you can't open it.
