I have a problem with WSPA Weather

- App defaults to Greenville and cannot be set as default to other cities

- Complicated upgrade and satellite view on radar has been taken away

- App crashes every time it is opened after the last update

- Poor design choice of putting small numbers in dark red on a black background

- Davis Service ad pops up and will not let users view weather alerts

How do I get the other weather app on my android. This morning it was changed completely.

To resolve WSPA Weather network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the WSPA Weather App
1. On android, goto Settings » WSPA Weather » click [Force Stop]

Clear WSPA Weather App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WSPA Weather » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WSPA Weather.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WSPA Weather » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WSPA Weather » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WSPA Weather
