1 year agoFor the last three months I have received two copies of Four Wheeler Mag. One addressed to Dale Sutphen at 1945 Worchester Way, Merritt Island, FL,32953-2624,acc, # 077G405253993744 and the other addressed to Warren D Sutphen at 1945 Worchester Way, Merritt Island FL 32953-2624, acc # 07G400173963182. I have enjoyed Four Wheeler Mag. for many years but one issue per month is sufficient to gain the knowledge I appreciate. If I have paid for two different subscriptions would you p[ease add one to the end of the other so I get the use of both subscriptions. If that is not the case would you just turn off the mailing of one subscription so I continue to receive one copy per month. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Horrible App
Worked great when I first switched from the paper version. Crashes every time I close it and try to reopen. Requires deleting the app, reloading, and verifying my subscription if I don’t read each issue cover to cover. I subscribe to three TEN Publishing Magazines and everyone of them does the same crash and burn routine. If you read the reviews in the App Store you will find this problem has been ongoing for months without any effort to fix it. Maybe the folks at TEN should look at the platform National Geographic uses. The magazine is much more complicated, wonderfully interactive, and it has never crashed once on my iPad Pro.

Doesn't Work
Downloaded off of iTunes Store as an $8.99 per year digital magazine but couldn't view more than the cover of the magazine. Also the "Opt out" link doesn't work to block future junk mail. Hope I can find a live link to get my money back. Really wanted the magazine, used to get it in paper.

App issues
Magazine content is good but app is horrible. Extremely frustrating not being able to access new issues when I have active subscription. Fix it or I am canceling.
