I loved this game...play it everyday...and have made many purchases…until your latest update which changed the entire look of the everything…the puzzles no longer look real….the table top is now split where the pieces are next to it and you can’t change that…even if you choose to put the pieces on the table top, the split never goes away…so annoying! Then the table top loves around constantly when you try to move a piece….VERY ANNOYING!! I have been playing this game for years, everyday, way back when you could get more puzzles in a pack for your coins…you have gotten greedy in that aspect for sure! There is nothing to make this new version different from all the others now…. I will not spend another penny unless this goes back to the way it was that made it unique from the other puzzle games!

Had problems for past few weeks with JigsawPuzzlePro dropping my completed puzzles and not allowing custom uploads. After my bad review last week, the creators contacted me wanting to fix my problem so I could change my review. Their solution was that I should delete my app and reload with a web address they provided. They also warned that I could lose my purchases but gave me instructions to reload them. Sounds good—right?
I followed their instructions. They had sent them in chat on JigsawPuzzlePro . I had enough foresight to know that I needed to screenshot the address. I followed their instructions. Sure enough had to get new address from my screenshot. When it reloaded, no purchases, no points, and no chat! I followed the reload instructions many times. ABOUT A DOZEN PURCHASED PACKS AND 4000 POINTS ARE GONE!! That’s about $50 in puzzles down the drain. Now, to top that off, I have a $3.99 charge in my account for the Pro App I reloaded!!
Bottom line— DON’T EVER BUG MORE TGAN A COUPLE PUZZLE PACKS AT A TIME! YOU MAY LOSE YOUR MONEY! I’ll keep playing for now, but I’m looking for another puzzle option. These guys need to find better r&d and technical support staff!! Very disappointed after a good 5 yers of puzzling!!

I first rated JigsawPuzzlePro 5 stars, but now I'm dropping it to 3 star (2 star crossed my mind). I still love working the puzzles, but it's very frustrating that JigsawPuzzlePro loses all track of your progress (puzzles completed). I had completed several sets of puzzles and one day that history just disappeared. Now I can complete a puzzle and it doesn't show up as completed. Have they been too successful and don't have the computer power to keep up with their user base?

As you see above, I started at 5 stars, then went to 3 stars. Now I give it 1 star only because zero and below is not available. I went through the same scenario again and, once again, everything disappeared. Now JigsawPuzzlePro says Internet not available even though every other app works just fine. It will be interesting to see if this review posts (you know - with the internet not being available).

We love Jigsaw Puzzle Pro and play it daily. We are extremely unhappy with the most recent update, and want to request that this update be rolled back. We have JigsawPuzzlePro on 2 devices: an iPad Air and an older iPad 2. Prior to this update, JigsawPuzzlePro was working pretty well on both devices; initialization and response were slower on the iPad 2, but that is to be expected. The update has had a much worse effect on the iPad 2: after the update, we cannot use JigsawPuzzlePro at all. It starts and is extremely slow in painting screens. The (IMO stupid and unnecessary) transition screen (tap to open) takes literally minutes to respond and may kick me out. But it always crashes and kicks me out when I try to play the daily puzzle. We shut down and restarted the device -- no change. Still crashes and is unusable.

You've done a fair number of updates recently. We appreciate your responsiveness but it seems that your regression testing is inadequate. If an update is unsuited to an older device, you need to make that crystal clear. We're disappointed and dissatisfied. Please address these issues as soon as possible.

This used to be my favorite puzzle app. Someone named Pat in Support was always so nice and genuinely helpful. Over the Easter holiday, combined with the world’s current isolation, I played about 200 puzzles and bought a number of puzzle packs to add to the several I already own, in hopes of winning a few free puzzles in their latest “Golden Egg” contest. After a few days and hundreds of puzzles played, and countless ads watched even though I paid for the pro version, just one measly little puzzle was granted. One. Something was clearly wrong because typically this game is more generous. I asked Support about it and someone named Brandon was courteous enough, but his response was disappointing and came across as cavalier. He essentially said it was just random, and that was it. To me, to work this hard for essentially nothing takes all the fun out of it. Sadly, it’s now more like just another job. I ended up deleting the game.

I DO NOT LIKE the pop ups that we now receive. I paid for this game and should not be receiving pop ups!!! I pay for games to eliminate these very annoying interruptions. I just played the new collect a pin challenge. It was nice to receive extra points along the way. On several occasions it said I won a puzzle but when I tried to claim it but it would not give it to me nor was it in my free puzzles. Then at the very end after collecting the 20 pins, it said I won the “beautiful places” puzzle pack. It loaded the pack under my free puzzle packs but when I open it there are no puzzles!!!

This game has really gone downhill!!!! I would not recommend it to anyone!! When you pay for a game you should not receive all this pop up garbage!! You should put time and effort in fixing all the bugs with your giveaways vs. all the stupid pop ups!! And by the way some of the, don’t work right either. The game freezes and you have shut down your device to get out of them. I’m sure you’ll focus on getting that fixed right away vs. the other things I mentioned above. If you can’t tell I’m a really annoyed customer and would like my money back that I paid to upgrade.

This was a nice puzzle app that has been made much less enjoyable by a constant increase in obnoxious spam ads even in the paid version. I already accepted that every puzzle pack is basically just a vague collection of copyright free images with maybe one or two good images per pack because I could always upload my own if I didn’t find anything new I liked. But now every puzzle is obnoxiously sandwiched between useless “games” of “chance” and pushy nagging to buy even more puzzle packs. They’re so determined to be obnoxious, in fact, that they make you wait to close out the ads by adding a delay before they fade in the close symbol to exit the ads. I have bought several packs up to now, but the more obnoxious and intrusive this gets, the less I want to give you another dime. Let us turn off these stupid spam games and pushy ads. Those who are going to use JigsawPuzzlePro for free offerings aren’t going to suddenly spend more because you annoy them to death and you are alienating other people like me who are happy to toss a couple bucks for new images until your greedy nagging turns us off. I’m not buying another pack until you let us turn off the harassment you’ve implemented.

I have a total of 147,226 credits to use for purchasing puzzles! I purchased my credits in order to purchase my choice of puzzles. Over the years, I have purchased a huge amount of puzzles using my credits.
Now, the puzzles that you have chosen to allow the use of the coin credit option, I have already purchased. How long do you think it will take me to use up my remaining credits...or will I just end up losing them? I am very disappointed in your changes!!
This is no way to treat your loyal customers!!!
Why can’t I purchase ALL PUZZLES with my purchased coins? You already have my money tied up in my purchased coins (LOTS OF MY MONEY! ) Apparently money that you are now holding hostage unless I use more money to purchase ONLY THE PUZZLES YOU SAY THAT I CAN PURCHASE WITHOUT HAVING TO GIVE YOU MORE OF MY MONEY! This is a deceptive action on your part! The old “BAIT AND SWITCH” con game...encourage me to purchase your coins, then not allow me to purchase the puzzles that I want. You think that you are making you program better than it was? All you are doing is importing glitches into the former program and alienating all your loyal customers that unknowingly purchased your “COINS” that are now virtually useless!

I agree with SalStrange review and the other review regarding poor choice for spending coins you accumulate with each completed puzzle. Too much spam, too many windows to get back to your puzzle screen, and the worst yet? Now there are these FORCED game type challenges that do not allow you to close it unless you play. I purchased ad-free and hav loved this game for years. I do buy alot of new puzzle packs; I play this game every day to decompress. So it really takes away the fun to be force fed spam in the game. Keep it in there for those who like that type of thing, but for the rest of us, give us a way to opt out of all of it in the PAID version and just let us enjoy the game.

I started searching for a new game tonight, but I really hope the developers listen. I only have three games, this one, a card game, and a slide game I have had since 2010. I use them to decompress, and sometimes play room type games like the old Myst game.

One final note, oddly, this game no longer shows up in my Apps list in settings, nor in App store under updates (I dread the updates because its always more SPAM, MORE SPAM, MORE SPAM. What a wonderful almost real jigsaw experience ruined because you can't turn off the developer spam.

The new changes made yesterday are very disappointing. I really did like the four sorting trays and now they’re gone with only one left. I have credits and have a very difficult time using any of them since there really are very few puzzle packs available for credits. We really should be able to buy any of the puzzle packs with credits just the way it used to be. I don’t know why you keep making changes to a program that was very good to begin with. I would not recommend this program to anyone.

Although the sorting tray issue has been resolved I continue to be very disappointed that there are very few puzzle packs ever available for coins. What’s the point of collecting them if you cannot use them. I don’t know why anyone would ever buy them. They are really useless.

I enjoy the variety and price of the puzzle selections! However, I hate the ever slowing and freezing delays in screen movement which seems to have gotten worse over time and seem to be programmed to trick us into viewing new packs and chests. I also don’t like that only certain packs allow coins to be used for purchase, and you can’t even filter to display them all at once. Instead, you have to click on individual sale packs to see if coins can be used. Not worth my time. Also hate how slowly it loads now and how sometimes after freezing it just turns off, requiring me to start over. I’ve loved JigsawPuzzlePro for years and have bought a ridiculous amount of packs, but sadly I’m looking for another app. This is supposed to be fun, not frustrating.

Where did the option to change puzzle box vs border size go? Can’t find it anywhere. The default border is waaay too large and the puzzle area waaaay too small for me. Please bring back the option to change them.
My biggest beef is how the pieces are scattered all over the border, or are all put in one tray when starting a new puzzle. So tedious to rearrange them so I can start play. Much more time consuming than previously, when most of the border pieces were in the puzzle area itself.
I used to look forward to playing, but now I dread having to deal with these new issues. Please return to previous procedures, so I can enjoy playing Pro again. I’m begging you!

Both my husband and I love doing these puzzles. It's a great app, but we'd like to suggest a couple of improvements. The color of a piece changes as the piece is moved from outside the puzzle box to it's place. It is usually lighter on the outside and changes to darker in place, and that is very misleading when there are many pieces of a background color. We prefer pictures with several contrasting colors, as opposed to pictures that appear to be all one value or color. Also, there have been several repeats in the free puzzle for the day. You have so many puzzles, is that really necessary? We often do 2 puzzles a day.

We have not been able to load the free puzzle of the day for about a week. Please fix that bug.

The game is very nice, the action smooth. Some suggestions for future that would make this a 5-star game:

1. Make the puzzle piece shapes unique. While there are several different puzzle piece styles, such as a piece with 3 tabs on the top, bottom, and left, and a blank on the right, all pieces of that style are of “cookie-cutter” identical shape. This sometimes makes it a guessing game to fit pieces together, especially when working a section of solid color or very dense pattern, rather than relying on color and shape. It would be more realistic to construct pieces using the same styles, but making each piece of a given style vary from the others, like a physical puzzle.

2. Allow rectangular puzzles.

Awesome app. Great controls and graphics. One thing is missing for me to make it a five 🌟 app. The ability pick-up and play, to have your current puzzle your playing available across all devices. For example if I was working on a puzzle on my iPhone and wanted to use my iPad the puzzle should show up in my “Puzzles in Progress” but it does not.I am not a member of Facebook so there must be another way to sink these devices to each other. It also should work on “My Custom Puzzles” also. A couple of other things, would it be possible to have the picture of your current custom puzzle be viewed on your “My Custom Puzzles” tab? And have “Glacier National Park” Puzzles. Thanks for all your great work.

JigsawPuzzlePro provides a lot of fun and is definitely my favorite. I grew up putting together jigsaw puzzles and continued to do them until very recently. Once I started with JigsawPuzzlePro, I have pretty much stopped using the tabletop puzzles.

It comes with several free packs of puzzles. There are many more packs on a variety of topics available for purchase. It’s also easy to accumulate points to earn packs if you don’t want to purchase any. You can choose the degree of difficulty by changing the number of pieces you select the picture to be divided into. The more pieces, the smaller they are and the more time it will take to put the puzzle together. I use 12x12. My husband uses at least twice as many pieces. My sister has vision difficulties and uses 8x8. Young kids use fewer pieces.

Being able to use your own pictures as puzzles is a very nice feature. We all have pictures of our own that are great choices. The choice of background colors is helpful as you change puzzles.

I find one recent change to be slightly annoying. The last update brings up an opening screen that you must click on to move to the first operational screen. And it would be great if a family could share puzzle packs. We have found that it’s a fun and addictive app for all ages.

The latest update causes all the loose pieces to scatter instead of just the pieces inside the puzzle. That is a nuisance to those of us who carefully sort pieces in the margins! Also, the puzzle doesn’t fit inside the frame and the pieces do not visually appear to be in place even when they click. Please go back to only scattering loose pieces inside the main puzzle frame and resolve the visual aspect of the frame and pieces!!!

I have used and recommended JigsawPuzzlePro for years! Plays like a table puzzle without all the hassles! Large variety of puzzles to choose from, however, the free puzzle of the day is always interesting and challenging. For variety in difficulty level choose the number of pieces you are comfortable with. Best of all Customer Support actually listens when there is a problem!

Update - took a while but update came through to fix the problem without having to reload JigsawPuzzlePro . Back to five stars!

I have had jigsaw pro for a long time and it worked fine until a couple weeks ago. So far no fix for the pro version for the daily puzzle and only solution they posted for version not pro is to load a new game which isn’t the same as the update. I buy enough new puzzles so I’m not just using this version for free. One star review until this gets fixed which I hope is update to existing app not a new app (I know I can restore but last time I did that it was puzzle place by puzzle pack and not convenient and time consuming).

Will update review if see a fix that works.

First off, I really love this jigsaw puzzle game. Although at times it can be really pushy with purchasing extra puzzles, a lot of them are (for the most part) worth it, especially if you really love puzzling. I would love a better UI for phones (like a visible scroll par for the tray) but other than that it is actually pretty polished. The music is very relaxing, although I would love a way to cycle through all the music whilst playing. The one thing I really wish for is a way to customize the homepage (like being able to move and remove some of the sections). Other than that this game is very good and I recommend it if you are an avid puzzler!

Saw a man playing the regular version in an airport lounge and decided to give it a try. I immediately upgraded to the pro version. Keeps the brain active and those long intercontinental flights seem to be much shorter.

That was my opinion when I started playing this game SEVERAL years ago, and I still play it everyday, when it is not infected by some new bug that they created to supposedly to make things better! Why does everything else in the game load correctly but the daily free puzzle? The game no longer rates 5 stars, I hope they can resolve the issues soon and earn back their stars!
