Unable to use app
Downloaded the app and created an account. Received email account verification but was unable to get app to recognize that the account was verified. Wrote to support and after several days finally got a response that my account had been fixed and verified. But when I try to log in password is not accepted. Tried numerous times to have password reset but all I get is email that says it’s been reset and to click a link to open the app where I can choose a new password. But the link just opens the app to the new account page. If I enter my login ID it fails with account already exists.

Unable to log on.
I have a iPhone 12 Pro Max. I can't get on the app because it's saying there is an error due to not connected to the internet. If that's the case I couldn't leave this comment. It doesn't work when I'm connected to wifi either. I also deleted the app and reinstalled it and the app still don't work. It use to be the best app for bowlers but now.... Please fix the bugs/issues. Thank you.

Won’t register me starting games but once I get to frame 3 it knows I can’t continue
I’m trying to compete to get into the next round and despite several attempts to choose me as a player on my lane, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, shutting my phone on and off. I’ve literally done everything and it won’t let me participate. It’s nice to start with 278 9/XXX and be able to submit none of it.
