Sleep fan just stops in the middle of the night on my android phone, causing me to wake up to start it again. Sometimes it will stop more than once in a night.

How to fix Sleep Fan app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sleep Fan app on iPhone
Update Sleep Fan app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sleep Fan iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sleep Fan on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sleep Fan network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Sleep Fan Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Sleep Fan not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Sleep Fan App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sleep Fan » click [Force Stop]

Update Sleep Fan to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sleep Fan App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sleep Fan » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sleep Fan.

Fix Sleep Fan unable to contact server/ Sleep Fan internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sleep Fan » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sleep Fan » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Sleep Fan
