1 year agoDoes anyone see how to unsubscribe and therefore not have automatic withdrawal happen from a hard copy subscription? No place on the website to unsubscribe. No help from VISA who said to send an email to WH- which I've done earlier today. I won't dare get the app to try to do it through there, given the comments above. Maybe my email will initiate the correct paper work -either in Georgia or Florida or wherever this magazine (now a western fashion magazine more than anything else) is actually set up as the business of putting out magazines. There is no 1 800 phone number for a Canadian to use - only a Florida number - not going to do that on my cell. Fingers crossed their subscription services read my "please unsubscribe" email!

App doesn’t perform well
App would not allow me to log in despite following directions given to me by magazine customer service. Magazine customer service did not respond when I asked for further assistance. Sorry I wasted my money on the digital and print edition. So annoying when a company has such poor customer service!!

DO NOT BUY
Do not buy this. It has not been updated since 2018 and when I attempt to log In it does not recognize any password. It was a waste of money and needs to be taken OFF of the App Store.

Super dissapointed
Worst app I have ever used, I bought a 2 year subscription and every time I want to get The new issue The app invites me to suscribe again. Not mentioning that the New issues only can be accesed after The printed issue is already in The market. Worst of all, Western Horseman magazine does not care about its clients, offering this rubish application and selling it as a good one. I do not think to renew my subscription ever. Not worth the money I paid and no customer support. Shame on you.
