Imposible to place an order. Never happened with other major online retailers. Tried by phone but call allways get disconnected while waiting for assistance.

The Saks Off Fifth app is so incredibly slow! It takes forever to load anything and it doesn’t matter if I use my phone, computer, iPad, etc. I have deleted the app and re-installed to see if that would help. Nope. If I remove an item from my cart, it takes almost a full minute or longer to update. I usually end up getting frustrated and just closing the app. It really makes financial sense for Saks to fix their app asap! I’m sure there are many others who are not placing orders simply because of how slow the app is

Can access every thing on the Off Fifth site, EXCEPT my shopping bag! Just get error message saying “oops! something went wrong. Try again later”. I can’t buy anything so missed out on the 4th July sales. Thanks Saks! I’m using IPhone 8 update version 15.4, tried all the same solutions everyone else has tried. Coincidentally, Saks Off Fifth just upgraded their version of their app. Hmmmm…maybe they need to hire professionals for that!

I’m using IPad to access your app. It never downloads correctly your website, always stuck or blank, painfully slow. There’s some serious issues with your app for a long time. Never have problems with other websites of major retailers. Almost ready to stop using your app and shop at Saks.
