How to fix Vars app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Vars app on iPhone
Update Vars app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Vars iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Vars on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Vars network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Vars not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Vars app issues:

Force Stop the Vars App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Vars app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Vars to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Vars App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Vars app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Vars.

Fix Vars unable to contact server/ Vars internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Vars » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Vars » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Vars on android.
