Many features don’t work

* Disabling auto play does not pause the counter between sets
* the voice is very loud and the volume dial controls the volume of your whole device. You can not control the volume of SquatsCoachPro relative to others. Say goodbye to your podcasts or music
* none of the instruction links work

Not a Fan

While I like that the developer has apps for the iWatch, I think the times he sets for each set verses the reps, as well as the rest periods between each set are ridiculously long. 60 seconds to do 6 squats then 60 seconds of rest for five sets? Nope. You CAN adjust the times, but you have to adjust each individual time for everything. To make matters worse, you have to do this again and again per every day you work out. I will try to purchase another app with the ability to universally adjust the times.

Wish it synced to Apple Health

This is a great little app. The UI is a little clunky, but it does what it says. I’d give 4 stars if it synced to Apple Health, and 5 stars if the UI were a little fresher.

Can’t complain though! Helps me track my body weight workouts really well.

Starts out very easy the first week which allows a couch potato to get in shape without hurting himself. Weeks 5 & 6 are a challenge to someone already in moderate shape. Nice app. Kept me motivated to work out.

Nice app I just wish it had some longer programs... I have attempted similar programs before and not been able to complete them which I believe is due to the limited amount of weeks and progression

This is a great app. I'm doing things now I didn't think I would be able to do again.

Love the simplicity

You can customize the text of your reminder which is nice. I can literally remind myself not to get lazy! Profile is simple and instructions on proper form are found in the help menu. I like it!

Easy to set up and follow

Simple, straightforward, easy to set up, easy to follow. Choose your fitness level, set reminders, and get going. All you have to do is show up.

Helps me stay fit

A simple sideline coach to guide me through my squats. It takes the place of someone being there to motivate me, and it makes me feel that I've got support while exercising. I'm 59 years old, and this is very helpful for me to stay in shape. It's a great little app!

Great app

Nice progression. Easy to follow. Runs in the background so you can listen to music as you exercise. If you can't keep up with the progressive workouts, repeat the workout you're having difficulty with until you can complete it, then move on to the next one.

So far, so good

In a world where you can Tweet or Facebook every breath you take exercising, SquatsCoachPro is very refreshing. It is simple, quick, effective, and offers a lot of features for little (or no) cost. I am considering making it, along with its sister apps (push-up, pull-up, and sit-up), the primary ones I use for resistance work. Well done.

SquatsCoachPro is so awesome the first weeks easy peasy. Then it got harder then more harder kicked but butt but hey i finished it and going to restart and edit the number to add more to it i recommend it
