I downloaded a class years ago. I have played it before. Since the soundfiles' metadata say that the files are part of a class collection, I cannot put them into a playlist as music files. They show up in the this app list as part of a class, but the class will not copy itself to my phone.

Went to “Categories” and can’t go back to main page (Home) ..... menu selection disappeared.
Deleted and re-installed ..... went to “Categories” and it went blank “white page” ... could not get off white page, meaning no menu selection at top or bottom and no back buttons .... absolutely blank.

I was using it for at least three courses, and today it stopped working for me. A message saying “Cannot Play back”, and another message saying I couldn’t download it either. Restarting iTunesU , then the phone, then deleting and downloading iTunesU again didn’t fix the problem.
It was wonderful while it worked, but not anymore.

While the choice of making a personalized banking account with motivational stickers online was heartwarming and inspirational, I feel the gameplay mechanics should have been expanded on. Similar to the classic side scrolling jumper game from Mimtembo known as Supper Marvino, this game simplifies it into a randomly generated world to beat each day when you want to open your bank account, however, I feel the franchise should have expanded this to include more enemies and power ups. I hope to see some changes like this in a possible new app. I, personally, would be delighted to see a health insurance app with backward crossword puzzles to bend the mind and the neck.

My course was working 2 weeks ago. Now I keep get a message saying that audio can’t playback please try again later.
This was such a great idea and great app. I wish iTunesU can be fixed for that it is a very valuable resource for the community.

Classes are organized in a way that is confusing and I end up going to the wrong classes. It should be orginized like PowerSchool, but a bit different to give it its own unique design. I’ve been trying to figure out how to work iTunesU and I’ve been really struggling. Please make this less confusing!

Apple should really pay more attention to iTunesU. The interface screams iOS 11, it needs a major update. iTunesU needs more material in foreign languages too. iTunesU has a lot of potential, so I really hope Apple will read the reviews to make iTunesU better.

The text size in iTunesU is ridiculously small. Font size of 2?!?!?! I have to use the magnifier to read it. Why does an Apple controlled app not adjust text size based on Larger Text in Accessibility.

I would really like to see a certficate or Class completion printout you could generate from the grades page. As of now I have to do everything manually one by one in a PDF. If you could check mark all the students that passed and share to printer and have them all print this would be amazing!

Apple you need to update iTunesU badly. There is so much potential in iTunesU but it can’t be utilized because of the old interface. Please make it more intuitive so that going through courses is easy. Just like other iOS 13 apps iTunes u needs an update.

I mentioned iTunesU while in grad school interview for an anesthesia program. The lady in the panel looked around the room and also vouched for iTunesU. Needless to say, I got in and for years prior while preparing for that amazing journey, I used iTunes U for organic chemistry and biochemistry refresher courses. I can't say it enough, BEST APP EVER INVENTED. Yaro
