App and website no longer showing recent electricity usage. Usually it runs 2 days behind, but it’s been stuck on 4/12 all week and it’s currently 4/19

Hello, I am unable to sign into the Delmarva app. I have tried calling the company multiple times to assess my bills and deal with this issue only to be told nothing is wrong. Whenever I attempt to log in it immediately says expired log in and forces me to retry. Thank you in advance for your help.
