I am living in Finland and the Tiendeo app has been working fine till last month I don't know what happened, but now it is not working and showing a message that this app is not available in your country or region. I am using iOS Apple play store.

Post installation when I select country = Sweden I get an error message = Something went wrong

How to fix Tiendeo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Tiendeo app on iPhone
Update Tiendeo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tiendeo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tiendeo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tiendeo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Tiendeo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Tiendeo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Tiendeo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tiendeo » click [Force Stop]

Update Tiendeo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tiendeo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tiendeo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tiendeo.

Fix Tiendeo unable to contact server/ Tiendeo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tiendeo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tiendeo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
