I’ve forgotten my Username, how do I reset it please?

For a few days now, the app no longer works under iOS. Every time I make a selection, I get the error message 'Server error' and no games are displayed. On android, the app runs perfectly. Unfortunately, I only have my subscription for the iPhone and I would like to continue using it.

Hi Since the latest update, I can't open the app. It crashes immediately. I've tried reinstalling it but it still crashes. Any ideas? Chris

I have been using your excellent app for quite a while,but I've just changed my phone.When I went on the transferred app no games showed up.I thought I'd start again,but unfortunately I've somehow got 2 "accounts" in my name.Is it possible to somehow carry on with the original account?

Recently downloaded your app. Putting the games I have attended so far. But when I put the line-ups from the games in it seem that any name with 9 or more letters make the name move left. I was just wondering why it is happening. As it is annoying when i try write a long name and it moves. P.S. I love the app.

App was showing broken menu and not letting me access nearby fixtures and not prompting me when I was at a new football match so I tried deleting and reinstalling app but forgot password and can’t get back in

Hi, I am changing phones and want to continue using your excellent App. I have downloaded the App to my new phone but it says it does not recognise me when I log in with either my e mail or name that are recorded on my old phone, I have updated my password on the old phone so it should work ? I do not want to lose all the data from my old phone so can you assist me.
