NRIs do not use this company for any kind of property services. I signed up for their Titanium package for renting my property. I got a WhatsApp message about the sale of my flat. When I checked the website, I saw two listings for my flat - one for rent and another for sale to my surprise. The titanium package included a photo shoot. When I tried to schedule one, I got a message not doable. Upon enquiry I was told that the flat is outside the city limits. Why was this not mentioned? If I knew this I would have never signed up with these crooks. When you request a call back, they never call you back!

If possible I would have given a negative rating to this company!

Worst app ever - full of bugs. When you try to browse listings on their websites, it force you to download MagicbricksPropertySearch . And then in MagicbricksPropertySearch , it won’t show you the pictures till you sign up with an email id and phone number. But you can’t register with a foreign phone number. Do these guys even want to sell the property on their website or not? Looks like they are only interested in collecting your email and phone number to harass you! What a waste of time. Avoid!
First fix MagicbricksPropertySearch before forcing people to give away their email address and phone number - may be then people won’t mind sharing.

I am sick of see this ‘upgrade to premium’ option on any user action on the screens. So many emails, so many messages, so many calls asking to upgrade. They just want us to buy/upgrade to premium plans instead of doing what they promised to do with the posts. I will never come back to this site.

The map locations on the each of the properties are way off than the actual location. It would help the users if you keep mandatory fields else the users have to always call up the advertisers everytime for those basic questions, which is a waste of time.

I was looking at images of property. While scrolling to particular area, images are scrolling automatically which gives me hard time to stop at some location.

cheap and childish stunts to increase stars for rating and customer are forced to download MagicbricksPropertySearch to increase the counter.
If someone does like your service they will rate you without asking.
stop begging on your web page for rating and if rating is given below 7 stars they ask you why u rated them below 7 and when you do answer the web page freezes and crashes on its own😂😂.

I'm happy to search last week added properties.

It would be good if we are allowed to add some notes. Imagine while searching a property after speaking to owner or seller if we want to make a note then . So pls come up with a feature so that user can add some notes on each property.

The magic bricks app is quite well built compared to it’s competitors. I’ve been using no. of them for searching for a new home but it’s ease of use stands out for me.

I’ve used lot of other apps and websites but they aren’t friendly, magic bricks is very user friendly and always find what I’m looking.

Signup doesn’t work. Clicking photos doesn’t work. I had to find out via website that I had to login to view photos. Filter function has a ton of issues. Localities in a city don’t show up all the time. What a terrible way to discourage people from using your otherwise good database of homes and flats.

I tried this for a day. It doesn’t have a map, forces you to create an an account and log in to even view a photo of a property, and then tries to sell you a subscription. Just another way for them to capture your data and spam you for the rest of your life. Avoid!

Magic bricks with its many filters criteria makes the process of choosing properties very easy

After resetting password MagicbricksPropertySearch is not syncing and still showing password incorrect whereas in web I am able to login. I updated MagicbricksPropertySearch refreshed killed and restarted it still the same. I hope QA missed it.

Using the latest version of app on iPhone 5SE. When I try to view location by tapping on your map interface, it shows a pin in water backdrop. It’s frustrating!

Don’t you dare provide your email or phone number to MagicBricks. They will not leave you alone. I have requested every single sales caller to take my name off and yet I keep getting calls. This is harassment.

Worst realty app ever. Why do you want to hide property details from your customers. Why should we pay money to your agents. With this business type you will never grow up. 99acres is 100 times better than this worst company.

Best real estate app right now for Mumbai I think

When you open the contact and type text, just send one message and app crashes

On click of any property, app opens property details for 1 second then app goes back to previous screen. It’s annoying!!!

Please update your app to the current IOS version. Your app does not open on my iPad.

MagicbricksPropertySearch has so many navigation issue. Even some basic test will reveal so many issues!

Poor application; no use. There is no way you can contact the agent or owner!

Just one random picture

I know app asks all these but listings with lack of details should be stoped or make it mandatory for the listing provider to give details else we move on to other app

i had brought platinum package and i didn’t get one single person who was interested and seriously want to buy my property. waste of time and money. if i would have put my trust in some broker i would have at least sold it when i needed to sell it

Very hard to navigate. No filter option for agricultural land.

Canoe register with international phone number. Doesn’t send otp needed to complete registration.

Have been using MagicbricksPropertySearch since a week and I found it very useful. Easier to use than the website itself because you can directly click on call button to have a chat with the person who posted the property ad.

I am loving it.
