Version 2.6.36 completely ruined this game

I have been playing this game for quite a while now. I’ve put up with all the ads and all the countless disconnections resulting in a loss because I really enjoy this board game. However, the most recent update to the game, where the developers have implemented automatic ties, has completely ruined the game. My first game after the new update resulted in an automatic tie - no big deal. Several more games into the new update and I was 1 move away from blocking my opponent and winning when it said “Tie. Same move was repeated three times.” The opponent was dragging out the game as long as possible and made the same move back and forth while I was moving one of my pieces around to block and end the game. I was 1 space/move away from doing so when it automatically ended the game in a tie because my opponent’s last move right before I could move to block registered as a third repeated move under the new update, thus ending the game prematurely in a tie. Horrible.

Developers, please look into your new update and consider tweaking the auto tie rules. I’m sure if you check the game data, you’re going to be finding a lot more ties, many of which would likely have ended in a win/loss within a few more moves.

If this doesn’t get addressed, this game is definitely now is 1-star

App Freezes During Games

500+ games played... Game won’t let me move movable pieces during online games, no reason and randomly. I’ve played this game plenty to know what you can/can’t do. Can move other pieces but always seems to be the piece you’d strategically need to move that gets “locked”. Has cost me numerous games because I either run out of time or I’m forced to move another piece that shouldn’t have been moved. Find another app.

No longer playable

I enjoyed the old version and played it frequently. Now it's so slow and covered in advertising my poor old iPad stalls and freezes. I finally deleted it out of frustration. Wish I could download the old version again.

New Version Not Good

When playing against Mills , can't adjust to a more challenging setting. I wish ads didn't interrupt the game while playing against opponents. When you try to close the ads, you automatically lose the game. Used to like the old version.

So much disconnections

After every second game i am seeing a popup. Disconnected and lost. Not properly created game. It is fun loosing but annoying when you lose your game with disconnecting.

Learn from miniclip 8 ball pool. You should hold the time even if there is really any disconnection.

THIS TOTALLY MAKES A WAIST OF TIME

Pass time

It's ok, but once you are on the road to beat the computer, it can then jump it's pieces to anywhere, blocking your every move and creating three in a row for itself anywhere it wants on the game board. You ought to be permitted the same privilege.

Freezes and times out

Most of the time when playing against an online appointment, Mills freezes on my turn and times out so the game is lost by default.

Fake Players!

Please stop the fake matches.

Good game

Nice game win most of the time new a harder computer and some times it freezes an I have to restart the game bit other than That good addictive game

iMills Lite

Fun game and easy to learn. My grandfather taught me this game about 50 years ago, I can't remember the last time I saw it. Nice app, although it still crashes frequently.

Good!

Would like a two player mode. Other than that, everything is great!👍🏻

Good game

It's fun. Reminds me of playin with my pa. But it's not all that hard. Win every time. Need a harder computer. other then that perfect!

Addictive little strategy game

Great strategy game with a very nice graphics. Easy to learn, not so easy to win.

Place chips at intersections of lines on the board. Just try to get your opponent down to two chips, by lining up 3 of your chips consecutively, in a row or column, in order to select an opponent's chip to remove. With two chips remaining, your opponent can no longer line up 3 chips & you win.

It threw me off at first though. You both start with a pile of chips & take turns placing them *anywhere* on the board (that isn't already occupied by a chip). Once you & your opponent have placed all your chips on the board, you may now only move *one intersection at a time*. You can't jump over chips or slide two spaces at a time (except when you're down to your *last three chips* & then you can jump anywhere there's not a chip). So here's where the real strategy comes in. Plan ahead & anticipate where your opponent is trying to line up three or where they're going to try to block you as you're lining up yours.

Addictive.

😊

I love this. I looked at many mill games and found out this to be the best. The game does not cheat, and the normal mode a the perfect mode. I like how you can play with the community, a person next to you or the phone. You can also change the rules to fit you. Your profile can be changed to fit you as well. 😊🙂😊

New favorite

I dig this. Strategy like chess and checkers, but in more of a connect four or tic tac toe set up.

It seems like the people complaining didn't read the rules on the game. It confused me at first... But if you're down to three pieces, you can move anywhere.

Insanely addictive

A great way to past the time... Just be sure to keep track of time, or you'll end up spending hours at play!

Fun game

Never played this game before so had to do a little research. Nice feel to the graphics and it is easy move pieces. Search nine men's Morris for explanation of strategy and rules.

Fun & Challenging

Planning and strategy in a quick and simple-to-play game. Not much more you can ask for!

A delightful game, beautifully presented!

I played this game as I was growing up in Europe and now at 93 years of age I still love to play against this wonderful computer program. Try it, you may become addicted as I am.

Not bad

Simple yet smart ancient asian game and hard + difficulty makes it interesting
