The Rewards function of the GoodRX app stopped working today. All of my rewards have disappeared and the app prompts me to sign up. I tried signing up again and then I get an error message saying that there is a problem with setting up the rewards. I had well over 30,000 reward points and I don't want to lose them, and I want to keep earning rewards and I can't because the Rewards function isn't working. Is anyone else having this problem and how do I fix it?

App takes an extraordinarily long time to load. When first selecting it I received a yellow screen for well over 3 minutes before it displays. We tried this on both mine and my husband's Android, which are new phones within the last year on the Verizon system and both of them take so long that the screen actually goes off.
I saved a coupon on the app, but when I click on it it won't open.

Goodrx app is not working properly. After doing a search, gold prices are not completely showing up. A couple will show and the rest comes up as regular pricing. When I click on a pharmacy, nothing comes up. Gold pricing seems to have disappeared but when I go to the pharmacy, the gold pricing is there. What is the use of an app that is supposed to give drug pricing but doesn't work!
"There was an error fetching coupon. In Please try again." I've tried multiple times and even reinstalled app. Can't get coupons on my phone. Just an error message every time. How do I fix this?
"There was an error fetching coupon. Please try again" May be an Async issue trying to display the data before it's returned.
It's says "Server Not Responding" and to try back in a few minutes. It's been 4 days....
When using the GoodRX app I am not able share the coupon so I can text myself. I have tried to uninstall the app and install again and it still doesn't work
When I tap on drug in the app, it says it can’t load the drug. The same drug it loaded for me last night. I’m here to pick it up at the pharmacy and have to make an extra trip. Overall though, thank you for this service, it saves me so much.
I used GoodRx two days ago and everything was fine. Now app does not open and when app tapped 'Time Out' shows on screen.

Unable to join. Getting code and going back to enter says wrong code several times. Not a techie!
Ditto on non responsive and when I select a med that I looked up previously, I get the spinning circle.
App no longer works. Non responsive.
Just did the latest update and nothing is loading.......just a spinning circle :(

Have never got to use it because it cost more than our pharmacy. They have been less than goodrx everytime ! Thank you for trying to help my husband and I.
