Don’t bother downloading ÎledeFranceMobilités . You’ll be prompted to create an account. Once you create the account, you can’t even login. I’ve tried several times to reset it. It just doesn’t work.

Très bonne idée d’app. Dommage que la possibilité de racheter son passe navigo ne marche qu’une fois sur 10. Pas vraiment fiable.

Certainly a great app but is missing THE function you would expect: buying your ticket in ÎledeFranceMobilités . It displays the price of the ticket and where is the “buy” button? Nowhere. Do you have a pass Navigo? You would expect ÎledeFranceMobilités (which has the name Navigo in it!) to host your pass... Nope. #Fail

If you're going to the Paris area and plan to use public transit and trains, get ÎledeFranceMobilités! It's interface is beautiful and intuitive, and its English is perfectly clear and understandable.

This does the work of several other apps combined, and includes a wide variety of transit choices throughout the Paris area. It offers multiple routing options, when available, and displays detailed maps of any required walking.

I'm happier with ÎledeFranceMobilités's appearance and functionality than any other transit app I've found for use at home or while traveling. Just excellent!
