Search for “table sixty” and nothing comes up. Stand inside the restaurant and you can find it. (1) fix search (2) how about having the first suggestion be the place you order from everyday instead of some random suggestion from “staff”. This should be a convenience app not zaggats...don’t need suggestions but I do need to quickly get to the regular place I order. Thanks
Too many reviews that are 5 stars for no reason. Used to be pretty decent, but with the more notifications, and requiring a credit card it’s become a crappy app. Once all my credit is used up deleting this crap and never using it again.
Each time I write a review it deletes it. The merchant fee charges using HeyYou doesn’t suit my requirements.
I used to love HeyYou but after the update it does not keep you logged in. It's quite annoying when I'm trying to order coffee early in the morning on my way to work and I have to re enter my login details every time.
Done this twice - once the order came through quick and once it took ages. Not sure I want to add 14c to my coffee order and then either have to still wait, or risk it being cold when I get there to collect it.
Love the convenience... and with the automatic coffee loyalty card, the credit card surcharge pays for itself.
Generally a good app. But poor quality control with persistent, uncorrected errors
I loved HeyYou , it works great in its essence!
I just wish there was an option to filter out to see only open cafes! Also if you could see all by map, it would be cool to look at what options I have along the route I'm taking, or if I'm going somewhere I don't usually go, I could see where I can get coffee nearby and order it on the way there. Especially helpful since many people order it when they are on the way but not quite nearby yet, so the options shown as nearby are not the ones they want to see!
Love HeyYou especially for cafes that are very busy and you can order before you leave home and grab it on the go! No more waiting in the line and then waiting for a coffee for me!
HeyYou is fantastic - I love the notifications, the ease of paying, and how it keeps track of my rewards cards.
As my ferry pulls in I order my coffee or breakfast and it is waiting when I get there. Amazing
