T-Zero Countdown Timer Reviews

I love TZeroCountdownTimer. This is the best ( In My Opinion ) with the simple interface. I have used this for probably two years now and I still use it and love it. I have a suggestion though. It would be great to have seconds be an option. I think it would be good because no other app that I know has the seconds as an option. If you could add that, that would be awesome. Anyways, it fits my needs so I am rating it 5 stars. THANKS!

OK, update to review, After multiple attempts of reinstallation, FINALLY got it to work. So maybe it will be OK. Change from 1 star to 3 until I see if it continues to be buggy.

Don’t waste your time or $. Don’t bother.

Comes pre-loaded with a countdown to New Year 2021, that’s the ONLY function. You can add a timer that defaults to “countdown from now”, press “edit”, can change the time and name but it won’t save, cannot change the date to a target date at all!

Have tried long press, short press, one finger, two fingers, slide, yelling at it, etc., etc., etc., nothing works! Also tried uninstall and reinstall, no luck.

I have a new iPad Pro and am reasonably tech savvy, not a total idiot. Same lack of function on my iPhone. Really ticked I spent 99 cents thinking that would open up the functionality. :(

I get so much joy out of countdowns, and TZeroCountdownTimer makes it so easy to set them up and watch them go! I especially love how the timer starts counting up after an event so you can feel melancholy about how long it's been since your last fun thing. :))). (An improvement would be if you could personalize each countdown with a gif or pic in the background instead of just a blank color screen)

I've used TZeroCountdownTimer for quite some time. Several months in fact. However, as of late, the widget has changed for the worse. I'm not sure if it's a bug or if it was intentional, but most the text on the widget is out of place and gets cut off by ellipses (…). Great app otherwise.

Great countdown timer. The widget is perfect. Definitely 5 stars. But here's a suggestion for improvement. Add an iMessage extension so I can send my time left directly from iMessage instead of opening TZeroCountdownTimer , clicking share, copying and then posting in iMessage. Sure, the existing routine works, but a quick click directly in iMessage would be awesome for sharing. Still, an excellent little utility.

Dan, can you provide an option to allow a simple selection of X number of minutes until zero. For example, a 10 minute timer, 20 minute timer etc. I realize there are other apps that do this but none of which look as elegant as yours. Thanks for your consideration.

I love TZeroCountdownTimer. I love how it counts the days instead of the year. It makes you realize how long something really is. I have used TZeroCountdownTimer for about 4-5 years and it is always a favorite for me over any other. It is user friendly and I love how it will continue to count even when the event is over.

I checked out several count down apps and all the others were too cluttered with graphics & unnecessary crap, when all I wanted is a simple countdown clock. THIS one is perfect & EXACTLY what I wanted, it’s as if I designed it myself! Simple, easy to read, uncluttered, no annoying ads, and it works. Perfection. Thank you!

I earlier gave this 5 stars. I have now revised to 1 star. TZeroCountdownTimer has apparent problems with roundoff. While running 2 screens with a time ref 5 mins apart, I noticed a discrepancy between the screens of 6 minutes. When I repeated the OK in edit mode (but making no change to ref time), the erroneous screen did jump 1 min to correct time. Conditions were repeated several times with many reoccurrences of error. BEWARE. I STILL REALLY LIKE THE UI AND THE SIMPLICITY AND EASE OF USE. All for naught if precision problem is not corrected.

Here are some things that would make this even better from my perspective, and I'd be willing to pay a bit for these new options:

1) An option to move the visible timer around every minute or so, to avoid burn-in on the screen.
2) I'm looking for reminders to go have lunch, go to bed, etc., at times that repeat every day, so I'd like a way to quickly recycle a counter for the following day.
3) An option to hide the seconds so that the size of the numbers can increase

It is a great app, easy to use, and does its job. The only thing that really bugs me about TZeroCountdownTimer is that it doesn't remind you the day of the event, which I think would be a really nice feature for TZeroCountdownTimer to alert us on the day of one of our events we had set.

Great app. I have one suggestion though if all your timers could be synced across all your devices via iCloud that would be absolutely amazing. I find myself not using one device's app because they're not all synced. If you want the same countdowns on both your devices, you have to manually input onto each. Bummer. Consider iCloud support!

TZeroCountdownTimer is very simple and ad free, which I love. One suggestion: I wish it had preset pictures like graduation or vacation photos or an option to add your own photos. That feature alone (without ads) would make TZeroCountdownTimer 5 stars for sure!

Love TZeroCountdownTimer , but lately the bottom toolbar buttons aren’t showing up, or they show up very faintly. All the countdown details are clear and crisp but the settings, edit, delete icon are all almost impossible to view! Please help!

Honestly I was using this all as I regularly do when I suddenly realized that there are no ads that I can think of, no glitches and overall it runs as expected. Cheers guys!
