Appalling customer service. Cant get in touch via phone. Huge delays in response to emails, and when they do response they clearly dont give a shit. Missing so many issues that I'm now about to take them to small claims court. Such a great product - but NEVER ORDER DIRECT!!!

This application used to work fine, I had a subscription for some time, then it just stopped opening. This is a great cycling magazine, for $160 for the print version in the USA, I'll pass if I can't get it for $30 for 6 months on my iPad. Do not buy the subscription, the App just plain doesn't work, and I have tried contacting the publisher with no success.
