How to fix Minecraft app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Minecraft app on iPhone
Update Minecraft app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Minecraft iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Minecraft on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Minecraft network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Minecraft not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Minecraft App
1. On android, goto Settings » Minecraft » click [Force Stop]

Update Minecraft to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Minecraft App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Minecraft » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Minecraft.

Fix Minecraft unable to contact server/ Minecraft internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Minecraft » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Minecraft » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
