Dear Sir/ Madam Greetings of the day. I have a very serious issue with the agent in our area. He is very irresponsible and very reckless. He suddenly stopped giving newspaper to us since one week without any prior information. He is saying that he has to waste money to send the paper boy to our area as some of the people in our location went for summer vacation. He is saying that he will not send paper for one month untill all the others return. He is talking very harshly and using abusing language. I am Lecturer in IIIT, Rajiv Gandhi University, Nuzvid. I actually recommended the paper for many of our colleagues and my students where the paper is goin in bulk. But I am very sorry to say that the service is very bad. This is not the first time and faced this many times. I request you to take action immediately and change the Agent as he is adversly bringin down your reputation. Kindly take action immediately. Layers update made things worse. Nothing shows up anymore . Previously at least after waiting for a min , news would show up .
Too many ads and horrible sound

Too many ads and some with sound and there is no way to set them to no audio without turning of the cell phone volume... Very very annoying.
Doesn't open

The app doesn't even show anything even after keeping it on for a few mts, other reviews indicate its taking too long, but this is forever.
I could not read the news inspite of deleting and resinstalling, will think about installling again if the app improves as i like deccan chronicle
