This is the 3rd time that I have NOT received my Sunday paper. Your delivery service is BAD. Again I have to go to the store to get my paper. I'm very disappointed in your service. The app just spins forever. Also they won’t answer e-mails . They won’t answer the phone . There is no way to contact them. Very poor service . I’m done with this terrible company
Some photos are b/w every day

Cannot get anyone to reply on why some photos in some sections are black and white the last few weeks. Appear to have the latest version. Front pages and comics are still color.
Have emailed all the top officers o MLive as well as member services but no response.
