Howdy, I work as a manager at a grocery store. With the recent COVID-19 stuff going on, my state has put a limit on how many customers we can have in our store. I downloaded Counter to help keep track of that number.

It works very well. I like the few, yet useful options. The vibrate option is great so then I know for sure that I’ve hit the button to add or subtract someone. In my situation I’ve been using Counter everyday for work. The added background themes are a nice touch

I felt like the ads that were at the bottom of the screen were not bothersome. The small fee to remove them wasn’t bad and considering how often I’m using Counter, overall a quality product.

As a Pokémon shiny hunter, it’s essential to keep a record of how many encounters of a Pokémon you’ve had. Counter is absolutely perfect for this. The dashboard is simple and easy to use. The look of Counter as a whole is minimal and clean, which is very pleasing to the eyes. You can even change the color of the background! There are ads, but they’re so small I barely notice them, and I’m considering buying the add-free option just to support the creators. Overall, the best this app app under the sun!

I use this primarily for knitting and it’s great for keeping track of what row you’re on, especially when you’re juggling multiple projects. But also great for other random stuff.

The only thing I wish it would do is remember which this app I’m on when Counter closes

Update: After many years of use I upgraded to the no ad version. It wasn’t necessary because the ads are not disruptive, but Counter has been so helpful, $1.99 seems like very little.

This is a great this app that’s easy to use and with some nice, simple customizations to differentiate between each screen. Even if you just want to use it for free the ads are not super intrusive, but I use this enough that I was more than happy to support by paying to take the ads away. There’s a number of color backgrounds that are helpful, although I’d love to see more color options in the future. I use this for counting stitches when knitting and counting when I’m shiny hunting in Pokémon and it works great!

This is the best app of it’s kind that I have found. It’s simple but effective. With multiple counters, Counter allows you to easily go from one to another with a swipe of the screen. Each this app is customizable (steps, background color, name, etc.). I also like that it makes different noises when you press the plus or minis buttons. Just in case you tap the wrong one by mistake. You can always turn off the sounds if you don’t like them.

Some this app apps I’ve tried to use don’t let you even reset the counters and of course there’s only one this app available without paying. This this app not only has TEN available counters, but also lets you reset and subtract from the count. It is very worth the ads displayed at the bottom, in fact I feel like they should have maybe more ads to get more revenue that the developers surely deserve.

This is a great app to keep on your phone for counting laps, doses, reps, whatever you're counting. My one plea: Please please get rid of the splash screen "Jason Workshop" that I have to wait through every time I open Counter ! With an app you open frequently throughout the day (counting stuff, right?), this screen is going to make me find a different app if it stays. I even upgraded to paid version, but it's still there. ☹️☹️☹️

This this app isn’t bad but I have to find another one because I have 16 physical therapy exercises to do daily and the limit on Counter is 12. I wish there wasn’t a limit. Other than that, I do like that the + sign is really big. Another suggestion is to be able to change the theme for all counters at once instead of changing them individually, having both options is better.

Very minimalist, which I prefer and there is an option to remove ads for a small fee. Would love an option to be able to choose a specific this app to display in the icon itself rather than having to use badges to display the count (similar to the way the iOS calendar app displays the date in the icon). My use: counting cigarettes at a convince store every morning I have to count about 5 - 6 thousand individual boxes by hand and this makes the process about 2 to 3 times as fast as doing it on paper or with a calculator!

Counter should honestly be standard issue at my place of work.

MY ONLY DRAW BACK I wish you could customize the size of the button it’s easy once you’re used to it and the button isn’t too small plus the click will tell you if you didn’t hit the button but I’d like half my screen to be the button so I don’t have to worry about it

I try and do 200
Sit ups each day and it’s very helpful to keep track, but I don’t just use it for that I also use it to keep track of how many days a week a do my chores.. it’s really cool and there is a lefty option so if your like me and your a lefty the buttons can change to the others side, overall I vote it a 4

A this app or tally device may sound like a simple kind of app to design and engineer. But there are ergonomic features that have to factored in. This one comes the closest to that idea. The thing I hope will be added on the future is iCloud sync across all devices.

If you want to shiny hunt and keep count, this is the best app for that. There is different this app pages, you can keep count or track of different hunts. Each this app page has minor customization, which is perfect. The this app saves, so don’t worry about closing Counter , it’ll save. Good Luck shiny hunters!!!! :)

It’s the first thing I clicked in Counter Store without looking at it, I’ve been using a calculator for a this app and I don’t know why I didn’t get this earlier. I can’t think of a feature that this doesn’t have. 11/10 would recommend

Everything works and there are many very helpful functions to make using Counter better. The only ads you get are scrolling ads at the very bottom of the screen, but the do not block the view of anything. Overall a fantastic app.

Counter was overall just amazing and so very helpful the only discomfort I experienced from Counter was the fact of no negative numbers if this was implemented Counter would be 5 star 100% however many people need negative numbers.

Counter fits it criteria perfectly and has multiple different counters for multitasking. You can change the background color to your preference and change how much the this app goes up by. It’s very simple to figure out how to use it.

I use Counter to keep track of the Pokémon I’m shiny hunting in Sword. Being able to have more than one this app at a time with labels and colors is perfect, and it’s big buttons with non intrusive ads. This is perfect for what I needed.

I need to count how exactly how many times i did something and i had multiple counters and all i had to do was press a button and i could look away and easily press a button and have correct results thx so much

I use Counter to count customers after the reopening of stores after COVID 19. It absolutely does the job and is easy and simple to use. However it drains my battery. Everyone else at work who uses this has the same issue. It works, but when you battery dies it’s a huge fail.
