10 months agoNot only is the app useless, but the company is run by a bunch of very rude individuals. Unless, you are listed as a contact for your company in their contract, they refuse to work with you. You can't even report a bad experience to them except through your company's HR rep. It's my information that I can't get access to and they were rude to me. Why should I have to go through someone else to report a rude employee. This company is scam.

Unreliable and beyond frustrating
This app is so unbelievably frustrating. There is no logic to when or how long it will simply quit working, create log in error messages, stop responding to touch authentication, etc. If you are an employee trying to see your paycheck, you don’t qualify for support when having issues with your app. You are told the administrator of your payroll has to contact them. My boss shouldn’t have to deal with trying to fix an app on my phone. Ridiculous

What a waste of storage
This app is bad. I mean BAD. Constantly having to change passwords, and when you change them 9 out of 10 times you still can’t login. I’ve been frozen out of my account before, redirected to the website and then still denied access. Not to mention the lag it takes to actually see your pay information. This is such a horrible app and a shady setup. Save yourself the headache.

Good app but…
…can’t log in. Which makes it a not good app. Worked fine for several months after getting going with MyPay. Then all of a sudden the app had login errors. I can login on my computer. I can login on mobile browser. Just not the app. When or if I can ever login on the app again, it’s pretty good.
