myPay Solutions Reviews

myPaySolutions is so unbelievably frustrating. There is no logic to when or how long it will simply quit working, create log in error messages, stop responding to touch authentication, etc. If you are an employee trying to see your paycheck, you don’t qualify for support when having issues with your app. You are told the administrator of your payroll has to contact them. My boss shouldn’t have to deal with trying to fix an app on my phone. Ridiculous

myPaySolutions is bad. I mean BAD. Constantly having to change passwords, and when you change them 9 out of 10 times you still can’t login. I’ve been frozen out of my account before, redirected to the website and then still denied access. Not to mention the lag it takes to actually see your pay information. This is such a horrible app and a shady setup. Save yourself the headache.

It’s different from receiving a check to having everything I earned saved to my phone and I don’t have to search for anything like paycheck stubs anymore

…can’t log in. Which makes it a not good app. Worked fine for several months after getting going with MyPay. Then all of a sudden myPaySolutions had login errors.

I can login on my computer. I can login on mobile browser. Just not myPaySolutions . When or if I can ever login on myPaySolutions again, it’s pretty good.

myPaySolutions is convenient but also a problem with logging in I have to change my password often and it always says failed when receive a temporary password. It’s very irritating to have to try and figure out how to get into myPaySolutions for simple things as reviewing necessary things

Works probably 8 months out of the year, have to do 12 steps to log in, overall, terrible app. Just stopped working today and was working perfectly fine 2 days ago!

This worked just fine in the beginning. Now for the past few months I cannot log in at all. I have to go to the website, making myPaySolutions utterly useless.

Used to work great, past couple of weeks not working and keeps saying “login failed”. Have uninstalled and reinstalled repeatedly and still not workings

When I first set it up it worked great but when I had to change my password it now is useless. It won’t let me login. This is a useless app.

myPaySolutions as well the web has serious problems to log in. I reset my password "1000" times , it will not work . This mean you are not reliable at all .

I can login using browser but cant login using app. App is still down.

Wish my employer would go through some one else

Cannot get Touch ID to work NOR WILL IT SAVE MY LOG IN. Very dissatisfied

I would use it if I could set up a login. It asks for a login, but it doesn't give you a place to set up one to be able to login and use the program. I think I would like this otherwise.

myPaySolutions shows you when you've been paid and the amount your have been paid! It works smoothly and very well. But the information at the bottom of the check is just telling you the total money you've earned from previous checks. It is very useful and helpful! No problems or glitches at all! 😊

I never used myPaySolutions before . I just installed it and forgot my password . Let me check first and I would tell you that how much I liked it :-)

I love myPaySolutions. I am able to see what my check will be, change my deductions, check last years w2 and see where I am currently.

I love myPaySolutions it's so convenient. It beats having to log in and out online . A friend told me about it and now I can check my hoe much is going to be before I get it ! :-) :-) :-)

Greatest app ever. As a service member this is a great app, wish the login was easier while using a personal device.

Easy to view pay stub. Love myPaySolutions. Saves a lot of time & is convenient.

For a small business like ours, myPaySolutions will save loads of time.
