i have a few questions regarding ice hockey streaming that you AI cannot handle, such as: A--if I choose the hockey season package, do I get ALL of the Big10 hockey teams ? B--do i get ALL of the games for ALL of the teams ? If not ALL of the teams and not ALL of the games (34 games per team, plus tournament), then how many games do I get ? C--If i miss the live streaming, can I watch later ? D--I have a smart tv and internet connection; is this all I need ? p.s.---your website is quite poorly designed and not helpful at all.

This is disgraceful. I've spent over 3 hours trying to unsubscribe which they said was easy. I just wanted a soccer season and I don't use it anymore because soccer is over. I was told I could unsubscribe whenever I wanted. Today I was told I could chat with an expert. And when you get there they have the nerve to say you need to pay money for an export. I'm going to report this to someone who will look into it. Last year I had no trouble but things have changed at B1G+. I'm not putting up with it.

Hello, This is an affront to female athletes and sports to have two announcers commentate a field hockey game when it’s obvious neither one has played, watched field hockey nor done their homework researching the teams and players in the match. There are hundreds of female (and male field hockey players) that would love to commentate and would do a far superior job presenting an interesting and thoughtful dialogue during the games. This would NEVER happen in Men’s football or baseball. Come on, guys.

My subscription is paid till Dec 5th. I watched the Illini Wisky game and that's all I have been able to watch of the Illini. I've tried to rewarch the Illini game but it keeps telling me to pick a plan. I'm really starting to consider canceling if it's useless to me to watch the Illini since I work wknds. I only watch women and mens IU basketball. You take 9.95 out of my account every month. I have been unable to login the entire season so far. All I get is login error everytime. I’m watching the Michigan/Iowa game, 2/6/2022. Your announcers leave something to be desired. They’re spending a lot of time talking about players and not informing us of the action on the floor. Several times, while praising Naz Hillmon they totally ignored fouls that were called, let alone tell us who committed them. Neither did they inform us of who might be in foul trouble. I’m a UM fan and like to hear things about our players I might not know about but I really do want explanations of the action that isn’t apparent.

I could watch it today on my laptop but not on my smart tv's. On the smart tv's, I only get a screen that alternates B1G and +; there is no content like what games are available. Both the TV's are Samsung and I use the internet app on the tv to access the btnplus website. In past, this has worked for watching some special programs and movies.
