What used to be a usable app has now become a lag and bug filled experience. I don’t mind that ads have been added in (the developers need to monetize somehow), but I do mind if the developers don’t implement the advertisement system well. For the past week I’ve been unable to open the app without it crashing before I can even get to my bus number, effectively rendering the experience useless.
Suddenly ads everywhere that block info and crash app

With the latest update of the app there are suddenly large advertisements and auto play videos that cover up most of the screen. They really slow down the app and seem to cause crashes. Is this an infected version of the app? It is hard to believe the bus service would ruin such a decent app on purpose!

Unstable. Crashes all the time. UI and navigation versus transport apps in Singapore I have used is challenging to say the least, difficult to use, clunky and even integration within the app is so bad that you have to come out and start again. Sadly this is the one that the Transport Department puts on its website. Should be taken off the App Store. Asia’s worst transport app !!!
