Unfriendly app for parents

I don’t understand why adults cannot retrieve tickets for kids under 12 on the app. I accidentally retrieved mine and was told by customer service I cannot collect my children’s tickets unless they have their own mobile devices. Nor can I get the physical tickets for them in a convenience store or HSR station because they only allow one retrieval method per booking . The only way is to pay the processing fee and refund all the tickets. And they cannot guarantee we sit together if we rebook!! Very inconvenient!
A really bad design

I have booked a ticket on the app and I paid in a convenience store. I lost the ticket somewhere and the representative told me neither they can give me the refund nor reprint the ticket even though I have the record in the app. They also have my government issued ID number that can verify my identity. I really don’t know why they can not reprint another one.
Problem with collecting on phone

Ever since they add the feature to collect the ticket at convenient stores, it is not possible to collect the tickets on the cellphone. Ever time you press that button on the screen, the App crashes. Even though I reported the problem to the agents, it is still not fixed after 3 weeks. So frustrating!
