I had 6 months gold plan since March, 2024 but very few interested accepted and received and that too after contacted most of them didn’t work because of multiple reason like horoscope, location preference though I mentioned everything in profile and suddenly started receiving some interest at the time of expiry of my plan and thought to renew it but seems like they increased too much from total amount They simply looting people money and they got nerve of the people that people won’t go anywhere and they think that we don’t have other options except paying for plan… When I had chat with an agent he didn’t give me quote until I gave my ID and I told I will give it later then he said offers will change ID to ID so I really didn’t understand how they give different quote when people are in same country…. I can understand price may differ country to country but how can be different within the same country …. I am sure this people looting our money … very bad experience … when I told agent I would like to have same plan for same price then he simply said he is working since 5 years and he never saw that kind of plan with that price and I told to check my history how much I paid last time then no response from then… Beware of these frauds

I will provide a genuine and honest review based on my experience. I have had the basic plan initially to search for the prospect. I personally feel that most of the data they have is outdated as you barely get response from anyone but then you will have agent reaching out to you asking to get assisted services convincing that you will definitely get someone as there will be an assisted manager assigned will be doing all the hard work for you. I took the services for 3 months paid decent amount. Forget about finding a match i would not even get a chance to speak to any of the prospect out their. Your assisted manager is there for the sake of finding 3 matches every week which they are never able to connect or getting a response from the prospect saying they are not interested. It kept going on for 3 months not a single prospect i was even able to speak forget about anything else. Thats the worst kind of experience i have ever had with this matrimony app. The folks working for the organisation are out there to meet their target they dont care post they get the money out of your pocket. I would recommend Jeevansathi any day over bharat matrimonial. I would give it half star just because they exist.

BharatMatrimony is full of scam, pls don’t download and pay for the subscriptions. It as all the fake profiles and asking to pay money. It as auto renewal thing which is taking money from your pocket without your concern. And we are unable to turn off auto renewal.

I am a prime member but never received any suitable match and never got my service addressed correctly. The customer representative are after you to collect the money for membership and then they forget. They did not return the excess money charged. Horrible and I regret being here.

BharatMatrimony is a crap. They charge so much for the subscription but it’s not working at all for messages or chats or anything. Any link I click from email takes to BharatMatrimony but not working at all. It’s just loading or blank screen always. There should be a zero star option for BharatMatrimony.

Please all downloader aware of BharatMatrimony once you download and register they don’t give a chance to even browse or think they will start call you every single hour even if you had spoke to one off there representative explain g that you did just download and register for your convince it’s sad for this kind of service

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY+TIME* Don’t trust without my knowledge BharatMatrimony taking my money and always some problems with this website & app they want us to pay for other services! Always we see-You sent 150 interests which is crazy! Who has time to send 150 interests every 2/3 days! I’m asking this people my money back & there is no customers service number too!

We were not able to login for the last 15 days and now the membership is about to expire. They didn’t respond to our issue that we are not able to login, but they keep calling us to renew membership and pay money. I ask that should get extended membership for the days we were not able to login.

Please don’t waste your time and money. Always there will be some kind of block for sending interest ( WHO HAS TIME TO SEND 500 MESSAGES EVERY WEEK) they will give this kind of reasons and blocked for paid member! because they will try to make you pay again some extra packages fee and top of it you are going to get calls in midnight o my God.

We have been using this platform for a while, and always, money is a priority! T frequently, the apps get crash, and login fails most of the time.

All of this wonder, our profile gets deleted without any notification, and they don’t know how it get deleted and say we told them so. What a crappy people ?? Because we didn’t renew! So, guys deleted our prior? Without notifications! Savage

This is the worst app I have ever used. It keep crashing every time I try to open or use. Not sure why App Store allows such bogus apps on their platform. BharatMatrimony developers who developed BharatMatrimony should be fired for making such terrible app. Unfortunately I cannot give less than 1 start rating. BharatMatrimony deserves 0 star rating. Just today I had to download BharatMatrimony 2 times because it would not open when I login in BharatMatrimony .

For god sake stop harassing me your calls . I made a mistake of taking the membership with you guys, I’m sorry. I have been telling to everyone who called me to stop calling me, but every day I getting 10’s of calls for additional membership programs. Are you guys insane. How many times I had to told you that stop calling me. Don’t you guys have some basics commonsense. Stop torturing people for taking membership with you. Enough is enough

I think, 3.3 ratings is a lot more for BharatMatrimony. I have to login every single time to check my profile. From recent times, new issues with app like I cannot see anyone’s photo in my accepted list and pending list.

I do not want any response from developer regarding this. I’m not sharing any screenshots or providing any details. I’m really not interested in that. You are bunch of scammers, stay away from me.

More than asking me to share details. Try to fix your app or website, it’s slow and unresponsive all the time.

If you sign up, then you receive million calls in a day asking for feedback or membership.

Once you pay for it. You’re completely done, they don’t care if you exists or not. Their membership is all a joke. Unlimited messages or chats, that is definitely not true. Don’t waste your money, time and dignity that you’ve left.

This is the most useless app in the entire world for matrimony. There are more fake profiles and than any other matrimony. Their membership plans are so expensive and not even worth it. I don’t know what to say about their app. It’s slow and asking me to identify which is okay with me. But it doesn’t provide an option. Strangely payment page opens up to pay, do I look dumb to pay for membership when my profile is blocked and there is no way to verify it. BharatMatrimony is worse, and it has a lot of bugs. It doesn’t work properly, and even after getting a paid account, it shows that you have to pay the amount. It's not up to date.

Coming to the service, I have bought the premium account two times and have no genuine connections. All of them are fake profiles created by the same company, and they never responded to the request after accepting it. Before you make the payment, you see a lot of good matches, and it will ask you to pay the amount. Once you pay the amount, those accounts will disappear.

I have had some bad experiences using apps and sites, but I have to say that this one surely takes the Oscar in how bad the user experience has been.
Everything from registering to adding photos took multiple retries. Add to that, when you try to verify your profile things just freeze and then I could not even login to my profile - get a “invalid login information” message - even when using my profile ID for forget password option.
Reached out to chat help, and they simply tell you to email to some address for help… then why have chat help??

Needless to say, I am glad I didn’t spend any money and will be promptly deleting this poor excuse of an app.

Such slow and buggy app. How can they. E charging anything for BharatMatrimony. Can’t find any good members near my area. Most of the time results are empty. What a waste. Glad I didn’t pay for BharatMatrimony yet. Even the membership options are so expensive 😯

Doesn’t even open most of the time . Photo not uploading and no way to reach the so called 24/7 help . Once you are in the matches you can’t go back to home page without shutting down the phone ! Be careful - they auto-renew after your 3 or 6 months !

I found Bharat Matrimony- Shaadi App the best app available for online dating. I recommend Bharat Matrimony for anyone looking to get the perfect soulmate in their life.
